was punctual and the small jobs went well (replacement of outlet covers and switch plates) but the more complicated job of installing new cable wire was not as smooth.
arrived on the job without a flashlight or ladder, both of which were necessary for the job. And, since he had been on the job the day before and knew the scope of the work, he should have had them. He cut out many large holes in an attempt to wire for the cable but brought the wrong type of cable wire so we ended up with a wall full of holes and no wiring. It cost us about $700.00 to repair the holes that
cut into the wall - fruitlessly, I might add. He charges $90.00/hour and spends a lot to time doing very little. Additionally, he brought a 'helper' with him at $30.00/hour who watched
work. I had the feeling that
was teaching him. Not a problem unless we're paying $30.00/hour for this.
All in all, I have to give this contractor a bad review. We paid a lot of money for very little work.

showed up on time, installed the fans quickly and professionally and even trained me on how to use them. They showed up right on time and worked quickly. Great work, would recommend to anyone.

I left a message for him on angieslist and he called us that same day. Even though he doesn't work on Saturdays, he told us he would come and do it for us. This gentleman showed up on time, was polite, done a fantastic job and even cleaned up the mess. We will definitely use him again!

Electrician was thorough but unable to to address issues. Had no problem with his approach to the tasks. However pricing seemed high for what was accomplished.

It did not go well. He was called to find the cause of lights and outlet power flickering in the house intermittently. While he did find a couple loose connections and replace an outlet, the problem persisted after his visit. He charged $75 for the service call plus parts and time of $52. He claimed that he inspected all places where the problem could be coming from. When I called to tell him after he left indicating the problem was still happening, he said I would have to pay another $75 service call plus time and parts for him to come back out to the house and look again. I paid Mr.
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
for his one visit but called another Electrician near the top of the list. They came out and found loose wires as the source of the problem on their first visit. I felt Mr.
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
should have given me some sort of concession on a second visit required when he failed to find and fix the problem I originally called him out to fix. However he insisted on billing me as if it was a first service call plus his full rate for all future time he would spend. I was left to keep paying him for trial and error visits each time regardless of whether it got fixed or not, or call someone else.

The experience was terrible. They arrived to look at my property and issued me a quote. I had narrowed my
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
down to two companies, and was looking for the best product as well as the best price. NiteLites issued me a contract and quote. I told them I had a similar bid from a company for a cheaper price. The Representative told me to send him the other quote and they would beat the price. I complied with his request, and he did issue me a contract bid for $100.00 less than the competing company. I accepted the contract and he placed me on the calendar for May 21, 2014 for the install. The following Monday, I received a call from the Representative stating that, after consulting with his boss, he would not honor the contract. He claimed that the competitor was not licensed (however, the other competitor demonstrated a license to me) and therefore they could not honor their contract. During the phone conversation, the Representative showed his true stripes when he said to me "we don't need to do business with homeowners like you". In my opinion, he was blaming me because HE issued a contract and was called on it by his boss! Keep in mind, he had a copy of the competitors quote for nearly a week and had ample time to check the licensing! Following the exchange with the Representative, I contacted the head office in
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
,Ohio. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and said she would get some answers for me. The next day when I spoke to her, she said she spoke to the rep and the contract would not be honored. I immediately made a report to the state of Florida about this, as well as the county licensing Board. Later that day, I received a call from a Mr.
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
's, who presented himself to me as the CEO of the company. He stated that HE is the one who. Are that decision to withdraw the contract, but apologized for the treatment I received from the Representative. In his explanation of how things transpired, he could NOT explain why a contract was issued to me if licensing was an issue. I told home it was THEIR responsibility to check that out in advance if that is an issue to them. As I stated earlier, the other competitor affirmed that he was licensed. In the end of the conversation with Mr.
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
, he did NOT offer to honor the original contract. I suggested to him that most companies will accept responsibility for mistakes that are made, and work internally to make sure they don't happen again. In this case, no offer was made to honor their contract that they issued. He DID offer in the end to do the job for $4300.00 dollars, which is about $500.00 more than the contract price issued by his Representative. So...in my opinion, the reputation of the company was placed into questionable territory for $500.00... I declined to have the work completed at the new price. I could not place myself into that position, always wondering what would happen if I needed warranty work, etc. Additionally, most,of this transaction was handled through email exchanges so there was no question about what was said to whom?

All was perfect from the first phone call.
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
scheduled the appointment on Monday, for Thursday morning (she's very sweet) and called 30 minutes before to ask if the tech could come a few minutes early - something I really appreciated since I was meeting him at my elderly mother's house and she has a hard time with deviations. I was able to call her and let her know we were coming early. The tech was great! Super polite, professional and respectful. Although the job was minimal, he made me feel like he truly appreciated our business. Great experience. Thank you!

We called to schedule an appointment the office said they would have someone stop by in the afternoon to look at our project and they would call with a time for the afternoon. They called in the am and had time to come but we could not do it then since we already arrange to be home in the afternoon. We called the office a few days later to reschedule and this time we were given a time of noon. Noon come and no one showed or called. Someone finally called at 2:30pm saying that they could come out that afternoon the person never had us down for a noon visit.

We called and scheduled a ceiling fan to be installed in our lanai of our seasonal rental home. We later decided to add in lights to guest bedrooms. The company called me to verify the scheduled time. They arrived promptly. They reviewed the work requested and gave a fair estimate to do the additional work.
I especially appreciated the intelligent feedback on how to best do the installations, and
Naples Electricians Provider Name Locked
offered recommendations for a better switch to use.
