This summer park exploits lovely exotic animals by taking them out of their habitats and holding them captive for the entertainment of people. And, they offer an $88.00 each fee for the whole summer and $28.00 per day for Seniors!! I do not recommend this place for anyone, they don't know what they are doing to these exotic animals. By encouraging, Splash Down Beach to exhibit Them. It's obvious they are just making money, off Cruelty. I have checked out their website thoroughly and have read and participated in Social-Media, and called Splash Down Beach to complain concerning this matter, that these animals belong in their own Eco-system and not held captive in a phony environment!!

We have a high spirited, beautiful puppy that we love dearly. We purchased this dog online from out of state. This breeder was not receptive to questions, was only able to furnish one reference and was very upset that we spoke with their veterinarian. I will pass along that the dog arrived with some minor health problems that had to be treated. When we informed the breeders about the condition of the dog on arrival they were very defensive and not very kind. Our overall experience with this breeder was bumpy.

After much reflection from our experience last year... Please pass this on to anyone you know affected by the fires.. Last year we were out of our house for 2 months for restoration from smoke damage.. DO NOT USE
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
!!!!! When we saw what they charged (tens of thousands) for services they didn't even do we objected... Our insurance adjuster objected..
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
threatened to put a
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
on our house like a week after they sent the bill to the insurance when they found out that we would see it.. My husband dealt with it, but it was added insult to injury to through a horrible time in our lives.. Please encourage your friends to take caution with those companies that unfortunately will take advantage of this awful fire. We learned our lesson and know we will be more pro-active if we have damage this year.

His replies were nice at first until I asked for the other names of the people who purchased puppies from this litter. His continued e-mails have been nothing but nasty saying all I want from him is a free puppy, etc. I would not take a free puppy from this Kennel. I tried to explain that two other breeders have made remarks about his kennels but they were unrelated problems to mine. I informed him if I ever found out that any of the other families went through what we went through with this dog that I would turn him in.
I tried calling the AKC. They informed me that the information on the other people who purchased the puppies were confidential but did give me the BBB and Kentucky State Attorney General's Office telephone numbers and told me to

a complaint with them that unsuspecting potential buyers of puppies from this kennel needed to be warned to check out the complete breeding background of the sire and dam.

We bought a yorkie male puppy in October whom was supposed to be healthy and he died by
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
of that year of a very painful, and expensive death of distemper. He was very sick with various symptoms within two days after we got him. We of course took him to the vet whom finally diagnosed him with distemper. The vet then contacted
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
on our behalf to let them know what had happened to the puppy and they offered nothing to us with regards to assistance with cost, refund etc. We were truly devastated by the loss of the puppy and we would not recommend this so called breeder/puppy broker to anyone! This was truly a horrible ordeal and we are still very very sad about our loss and the owners of
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
lack of concern to reach out to us based on the circumstances and offer anything not even I am sorry!

In October of this year, I contacted
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
inquiring about any Golden Retriever puppies. I was emailed an application on 10/15/13 and I returned the application a few days later. I was told they were expecting a litter in mid-November.
I inquired about my application on 11/15/13 and was informed by a phone call that they had in fact gotten a litter and did I still want the puppy. I said yes. I was informed of the $300 deposit and that photos would be sent shortly. Photos were sent on 11/15/13.
On 11/18/13 I received an email asking if I had gotten the photos and that they had not yet gotten the deposit. I responded that I had gotten the photos and unfortunately due to business travel this week, I would be unable to send the deposit until I returned home on Friday 11/22.
This morning, I was informed that they had changed their mind and they "could not sell me a puppy at this time" with no explanation as to why. I assumed it was because I had not sent in my deposit fast enough and expressed my disappointment(as my daughters were excited and anticipating the puppy in January). I was told in an email response that it was not because of not sending in the deposit fast enough but "the decision for me not to place a puppy with you was not my decision but God's decision"
I find this experience not only disappointing, but extremely poor customer service, especially after promising us a puppy was available pending the deposit of course. While they offered to hold my application until the next litter in the spring or try an alternate breeder, I still feel this "change of mind" is an extremely poor way of doing business, especially not taking responsibility for changing their minds for no other reason than "God told them to do it".
I am in fact a practicing Christian, and I find this excuse mind boggling. I not only will not want them holding my application, I will be informing my friends & colleagues not to use
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
should they want a Golden puppy. It's apparent they are not interested in doing business with me and wish they would have just said that upfront, rather than making me(& my daughters) think we would be getting a puppy in January and then just pulling the proverbial rug out from under us.
I thought I was going through the proper channels & process to get a quality pet & companion and avoid pet stores & puppy mills, only to have this experience which makes me question whether other breeders might do the same thing.

I am going to use the same words as an earlier review given that I have had the same experience and this service has a few legitimate rescue agencies and some scam artists.
In a nutshell, the service provider is a "
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
ENGINE".
The
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
ENGINE has no consumer recourse to complain about fake/deceptive non-profits that are already supposedly vetted by the
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
ENGINE.
I think that
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
needs do their due diligence and have something in place to allow consumers to rate/complain about the non profits that are registered with them.
Not only does
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
have an obligation to collect complaint data on the non-profits that have registered with
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
, but also,
Naples Animal Breeders Provider Name Locked
needs to REJECT the non-profits that have a high history of consumer complaints and/or a history of illegal and deceptive practices.

We visited the breeder following adoption of a puppy to seek advice on training since the puppy was very difficult re peeing, pooping and biting. We were received with extreme rudeness by the owners with no constructive advice. The owners son handled the puppy very roughly slamming it on a hard floor. We were forced to recover our puppy and leave.

The dog arrived at our home and was very timid. She was not unfriendly, but was very scared and uninterested in being in our house. Our friend who transported her noticed that the dog was immediately not relaxed when not around the original owner. Had we known this, we would not have brought the dog home.
After a day of being in our house, she became very aggressive towards me (a male head of household). She was clearly a very skiddish dog, and always had her tail between her legs. We were willing to give her a few days to get acclimated before giving up on her, but it was pretty obvious she had some issues. She ended up lunging at me, and basically not letting me back in the house one day. We realized then that it was going to be hard for us with this dog, especially with a 2 yearold child around.
We contacted the sellers, who said the problem was probably because I had a beard. This issue was not raised when we first inquired about the dog. Also, they suggested the problem was another dog we had, who was a very friendly non-aggressive dog, which got along great with the new lab. The lab was actually more at ease when with this dog. The ad for the dog said she is great with other dogs.
The owners repeatedly told us the lab was used to being in a crate, and that we should put her in one. That was a red flag to me. I believe these people do not socialize their dogs very well before selling them.
The sellers agreed to give us our money back if we returned the labrador. We agreed to do that, and arranged to meet them in Tucson, Arizona. They gave us a check for the amount agreed upon. However, they stopped payment on the check when we tried to cash it. They admitted doing this, but said we did not deserve the money. We have in writing that they agreed to this, and they also handed us the check. So, their decision that we do not deserve the money is very peculiar. We are currently working with our credit card company to dispute charges. The original payment was with credit card.
