Service Request (Estimate) From the moment you call to request a free estimate you will be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Once you schedule an appointment for a physical estimate of your roof we guarantee a timely arrival and a professional technician entirely focused on finding your roofing needs. Following the measurements and the physical analysis of your roof we will provide you with a written estimate outlining in detail the work to be done and the solutions available for your particular roofing needs. 2. Work in Progress Once a contract is signed agreeing to the job to be performed, work will begin on your roofing system. Materials will be ordered and work crews will arrive at the agreed to date and time. Every project will be assigned a project supervisor who will make sure that all codes are followed, that the work area remains clean and safe, and who will communicate with the customer to ensure transparency and total customer satisfaction. 3. Customer Satisfaction The project must meet all of our customer’s expectations and it must pass all county inspections. Following the completion and final payment the customer will be asked to complete a survey based on the overall performance of our work.
