OUR METHOD 1) Home Energy Audit: to achieve our mission we apply science principles to buildings and use sophisticated diagnosis equipment, including a blower door, duct blaster, smoke wand and infrared cameras. This equipment will provide valuable information about your home’s energy consumption. 2) Review of data: A Best Insulation views and analyzes your home as a system. This system is composed of interrelated components such as the building shell, air conditioning equipment, windows, floor, roof, etc. With this view we can evaluate cost-effective solutions for your concerns. 3) Apply cost effective solutions: Similar to installing attic insulation, upgrading the air conditioning system, sealing home air infiltration, applying a radiant barrier to the bottom of the roof and fixing duct leakages are some of many energy-improvements that we could apply to your home. 4) Verification: How can you verify that the job has been completed correctly? A Best Insulation will provide the customer with infrared pictures, readings of the final duct performance test, readings of your homes blower door test, and color pictures that will verify that what we have installed what you agreed on.
