for approximately 14 years, and we're very happy with her services. We never have any issues getting" an appointment when necessary, and she provides quality care. Furthermore, she really knows our kids and has a good rapport with them.

"She is awesome. I have been taking my children to her for about 4-5 years now. If there is something I have a concern on she will do another test or whatever needs" to be done. She is extremely understanding and really cares. She is very knowledgeable and she spends the time needed with you.

Hello, this is Kyle K from the Member Care Department.

I apologize for my delay. We encourage healthcare providers to list the insurances they accept when creating their Angie’s List profile. At this time however, many providers have not completed this section, or the information wasn't available when Angie's List created their listing.

I encourage you to visit your insurance provider's website, as many offer search tools to find local healthcare providers. You can then cross-reference these with Angie's List. We’re happy to help look up these individual providers for you, too.

I am sorry I could not answer your question directly, but I hope this information was helpful.

Please let me know if there's any other assistance or info I can provide. You can respond in line to this Q&A thread by submitting a new answer. You can also reach us at memberservices@angieslist.com or toll-free at 1-866-783-2980 to speak with a live representative. They're a medical home; they manage all of his specialists. They schedule appointments around my schedule. They always have on-call doctors available; they always have several doctors available to see. They're very professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to be there for the parents and the children. The billing is very efficient. I typically wait 10 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

We have been going here for about sixteen years. They really care about the kids. They have at least five locations and many doctors. When they are sick, they will see them immediately. When arriving to the appointment, we are seen in less than fifteen minutes. They have at least three doctors working at one time in each office and they move quickly. They make everything easy here.

We’ve been using his services for about 3 years. He’s very thorough and always spends a good amount of time talking to my son during the physicals. He explains to me why he suggests certain treatments with his care. He also communicates with us through email outside the office hours and will make special accommodations when something more urgent comes up. For example, I needed to see the doctor for my son’s back pain. He was not available that day but he emailed me and came in early the next day to see my son.

We like all the doctors and the front office staff. Scheduling is excellent for same-day sick appointments and well-check visits are best to schedule a month to two months in advance. The pediatricians are warm and take the time to answer all my questions. They've always made time to see us when our child has been sick. Also, their billing department is great with dealing with our insurance and was patient when we had issues with an insurance glitch.

We love Dr.
Melrose Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
. He takes his time and is very thorough. He does not talk down to you. He is so good with our sons. He makes them feel comfortable and brings down their anxiety when trying to examine them. The other doctors are fine too. I do not mine if in an emergency we have to see someone else.

He is very good at listening to your concerns and looking out for your kids. If one child is sick and we book one appointment for the sick child he also checks our other child for the sickness. Sure enough our second child had the same thing and we were able to get both treated together instead of having to go back for another appointment. I have been to several other providers but felt their office was not focused on money and volume of kids, not this office. I also don't believe in flu shots since I used to work at a hospital and I am glad to find an office that does not believe in it also.

We chose this clinic for it's location, available on site resources and office hours...advertised evening "walk in clinics". First they are always running late, on average about two hours behind scheduled appointments. I learned to come prepared to wait! Then the last time we had a regular check up, my 4 year old son had put a small plastic

up his nose in the wait room and the doctor saw it and when he was going to take it back out....it was about to fall out anyway....she told him to sit still, not move...because it would have fallen out if he had....then ran off to get tweezers, came back told him to blow his nose....and the
Melrose Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
came back out....all well and good, we all thought it was funny at the time...until I got the bill and the portion for the "Nose extraction" I kid you not, was $575! We have a high deductible insurance and I would have had to pay for that out of pocket...this was something that was about to fall out on it's own and he blew his nose and it came right out while she was holding her tweezers and a tissue.....I called and asked if there had been a mistake...which got their attention, then after pointing out the situation they "reduced" that part of the bill to $75.Really, I had to pay $75 for something that was about to fall out. Next time my daughter had a

in her toe.....the doc felt she wanted to make a cut to get it out, well she wanted to give her a local shot to numb the toe....my daughter panicked, she was 6 at the time, and between the doctor and the nurse trying to hold my daughter and numb the toe with the shot, the doctor pushed the needle through my daughters toe into the nurses finger and back out through my daughter's toe! Now we had to wait for the nurse to get tested for all kinds of stuff and to wait about a month to find out that our daughter was not exposed to anything really bad....and they at one point considered having our little girl get tested so the nurse would know she was not exposed to anything, but our little girl had been going there her entire life and they had her medical records....really get her tested after they did that to her....anyway bless the nurse, she said she agreed it was not necessary, 'cause it would have meant that our little girl would have to have blood drawn and she was pretty upset after the toe incident, and did I mention....they never got any

out of the toe....I ended up soaking her foot in
Melrose Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
salt foot baths for that. Now my son has an ear issue, and I called the advise nurse today, they said: oh it's probably an ear infection, so I asked for the walk in evening hours....that are supposed to be available for just such last minute issues that need antibiotics now....and they said that it didn't qualify, but he really needed to be seen, but there were no appointments left today and neither tomorrow. So I said, never mind...thinking I'll go to Zoom care, and then got a lecture for not waiting until next week for an appointment...Anyone with a child with an ear infections knows you can't wait 4 days for antibiotics, the ears hurt and they need antibiotics. I guess they didn't want to take patients tonight. After this I'm looking for a new pediatrician/clinic to take the kids to. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

It was a good experience. She's a good pediatrician. She's clear in explaining what she's doing and why. She's good in communicating with her patient and you never feel rush. She answers all you question.
