"I last saw Dr.
Melbourne Primary Care Provider Name Locked
for a sinus infection. She is terrific! She is professional and through. Her staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. She is the absolute best! I can't give her high enough grades. I wish every doctor was half as good as Dr.

"He is a nice guy, and he knows what he is doing. The office is clean. He is well organized. Everybody makes mistakes once in a while. They made a mistake once, but that was it. I have been to other places, and they make mistakes too, so it does not make any difference. With all the people coming and going, they are bound to make a mistake someplace. He has his act together. He is not my primary care physician anymore, but I would definitely use him in the future."
D
"The office manager is very unfriendly and rude. Doctor's care is good, but she has the potential to think what she wants instead of listening. The office staff is quick to

your claims, and make you feel like you're not important."

"Anytime I need something, he is just super. He has a twin brother and they work together. Both are super and he is very conscientious, listens to what patients say and I recommend him very highly. He doesn't throw medicine at you and tries to figure out what is wrong before he goes any further. I will use him again in the future. You have to wait a little in the waiting room but I will use him again in the future. They are open on Saturdays and half a day Sunday."

"I wasn't feeling well and had miscellaneous symptoms. These symptoms are not actually included due to HIPAA confidentiality reasons. It was a Sunday and I was feeling worse than the past week. I called Dr. Hardoon's office and I was in in half an hour. The PA there is also wonderful and immediately knew my condition and with a few recommendations and a prescription, I was on the road to recovery.I am always treated as if I were the only patient and my concerns are the most important. In this world of technology, interpersonal relationships are severely lacking but at Dr. Hardoon's they care about you first and not the payment!I would recommend anyone switching to this office. They are open 7 days a week, Saturdays and Sundays - 7 to 3, and the wait is never more than 30 minutes but so far I have never had to wait that long. If you need to see the doctor or the PA, and call at 9 they can get you in within a half hour! Dr. Hardoon and the PA and the other doctors are wonderful!! If you have to be sick you want care from caring individuals!"

"I'm always a few minutes early for my appointment and I always end up waiting 30 minutes or more to be seen. Reviewed my blood lab work and discussed the results with me. He is easy to talk to and willing to listen. He wrote some prescriptions and discussed my concerns about statins to control my cholesterol. Total face time with the doctor was about 10 minutes."

"Dr.
Melbourne Primary Care Provider Name Locked
is by far the best doctor I have EVER been to. She spends the time, every time, getting the story straight and helping to find the right answer. I cannot say enough positive things about her. Her office coordinator,
Melbourne Primary Care Provider Name Locked
is also terrific. They listen. They are supportive. They are kind. Dr.

thinks outside the box with medicine, incorporating wellness and teaching/seminars to her practice. She gives you the best of both worlds by not always thinking traditional medicine is the answer. After all, a pill is not always the answer. My only issue is: you HAVE to get it all while you are there. If you leave without the script/referral/instructions then you will never get them. You will actually have to make another appt. to get it. I guess that is an issue with follow up/follow through. I look past that though because she is amazing. She just needs more staff to help with the "extra stuff". Of course extra people cost extra money so..."

"Dr.
Melbourne Primary Care Provider Name Locked
Baker examed my wrist diagnosing the type of cyst and that it was not in need of attention unless it caused pain, however through her thorough exam she determined I was carpal tunnel syndrome suspect and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation. Her diagnosis was correct, I had bi-lateral carpal tunnel and have had corrective surgery on both hands. I had been dealing with pain for over 10 years, and other doctors failed to diagnose the problem even when I reported the symptoms."
B
"She stays with you and talks to you. She doesn't rush you in and out. She gives a lot of refills, so you don't have to keep coming back, you can just call in. She is very knowledgeable, and that's what I like the most. She is also very friendly. Sometimes you do have to wait a while to get an appointment and see her, as there are other doctors there, but everyone wants to see her."
B
"I have been seeing Dr
Melbourne Primary Care Provider Name Locked
as my primary physician for several years. There is always a 10-20 minute wait to see her. She appears very thorough and competent. Labs and X-rays are available in the same building. She is also willing to make referrals to specialists if she feels that another Dr. could provide a better treatment."
