"
was extremely helpful. We had him look at two of our cars, one of which had a big
on the side of the car and another" of which had a slightly smaller
on the hood. He took care of a few other little dents that the cars had received, as well. He did such a great job that we had him look at and take care of our third car, which had tiny indentations all around that we had never bothered to fix.
answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and was very clear about what he thought he could fix from the start. The price for what the work he did on all three cars was more than reasonable and the job done was amazing! You can't even see the large dents and many of the smaller indentations that were marking up our cars over the years are gone! Really great work! Thanks so much,
!

"I had accidentally scraped the right side of my car on a pillar in a parking garage. I wanted it to look better, but I couldn't afford a full repair/replacement."
worked with me and gave me an estimate for repairs that came out well. They also polished my headlamps, as one was pretty foggy. I found
to be very nice and pleasant to work with. I will definitely take my car back there if I need further repairs.

You could have paid a little more per month and gotten a lower deductible policy. The deductible is the amount you agreed to. To "get out of it" it is breaking the law. You probably thought, like we all do, that nothing will happen to me, so I'll get the cheapest per month. I think that's what most people do, so you're not alone there.

See if you can make  a deal with the repair company; they may let you pay a little per month. The repair shop may be your best best bet in getting some sort of "deal". Nothing illegal, of course.....

Next time though, think about paying a little more per month for a little more ins. (One-day less fast food lunch, or movie night, or smart phone, etc) and you can reduce your deductible quite a bit.

Hope that last paragraph doesn't sound too judgemental, it's what I'd tell my son or daughter. (Before they bought the crap insurance in the first place, if they'd only ask, right?)
Too late now though, just live and learn.

This was the second time I have used this firm for body work on my Porsche. They were originally recommend to me by a friend who has dozens of classic automobiles. On both occasions, they did the work on time, as estimated and in an outstanding fashion. I would defy anyone to note that any body work was done at all, much less straightening and repainting the car. I would most strongly recommend their service to anyone needing body work, but especially for a "special" car.

On my way to work early in the morning I heard a noise under my car. Someone at the gas station suggested Mason & Sons. They sent a tow truck, picked me up, took me to work, and kept me up to date with repairs. They even provided a complimentary car wash! I will definitely use their services again.

A very nice shop with K cup coffee and candy. You will pay for those amenities. Estimate was highest of 4. Also, needed to make an appointment for the estimate which was not convenient. It felt more like a sales presentation to me than an estimate. Nice environment but just felt it was TOO nice. I want to pay for a good solid repair at a fair price. Felt this was inflated.

From the beginning, the representatives of this company made us feel at ease and provided a seamless coordination with our insurance company. On the phone they made us feel comfortable and even told us the best way to get to their location from our home. They courteously inspected our vehicle in a timely manner, answered our questions, and provided a detailed estimate of our repairs. They then setup a convenient repair appointment.

Their work was highly professional and competent. They even cleaned up some scuff

and washed our car. As a result of their skill, their repair work was virtually indistinguishable from the rest of our car’s exterior.

We learned of
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
’s Paint & Auto Body through the recommendations of a relative and his friends and even through an employee of our insurance company. We highly recommend their work, which, we understand, they warranty for as long as their client owns the repaired vehicle.

First the good news about our new car buying experience at
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
of Capitol Heights. The price was fair and the salesperson was outstanding. She was a true professional on all accounts and provided exceptional follow up, especially dealing with some minor body work on the rear bumper. Other than that issue the car was delivered in
perfect shape and have had no issues, what we expect in buying

vehicles. I would also add that
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
facility is a polished, modern up to date showroom and has a great auto service waiting
area.
But now the bad news. The follow up after the purchase was totally lacking. We were given temporary MD tags but were told
not to worry, as we would get the Virginia registration quickly. Who wants to drive on temporary tags?
Well after two weeks of waiting I called the dealership and was told that they only process Virginia registrations every two weeks but insure it was done on the following Monday (which by the way was a Federal holiday). If we had known it was going to take that long I would have gone to VA DMV the next day and completed the registration ourselves. Well another week went by and still no Virginia registration. So I contacted the General Manager of the dealership to ask the status and find out what had
happened to our paperwork. He agreed that two weeks was too long and would “FedEx” the delivery of our registration
package. Finally a plain brown envelope arrived 5 days later via first class mail that contained a photo copy of the
Virginia registration. The enveloped came unsealed and did not have a return address of the dealership. Our address was handwritten with had no other information identifying that the registration material had come from Powhanka

. I found this to be very unprofessional. Well this isn’t the end of the story. At the end of the week we received a letter from the
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
County Virginia, Office of Commissioner of Revenue stating our vehicle had been registered in

County and we would now have to begin paying personal property taxes to their jurisdiction. I couldn’t believe it as we’ve never lived in

County. We have be residents of the City of

We believe an auto dealership should provide a positive across the board buying experience. This was not the case at
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
. On a final note we were contacted by the dealership and
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
Corporate about how our buying experience, two days after the sale. At the time our response was positive. If only they had called us this past Friday I believe our response would be much different. As it stands we would not buy a new vehicle from

I didn't have the work done here because the price was too high. My car (2104 Toyota Avalon,
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
shell white) had been bumped in a parking lot and the paint was chipped on the rear bumper. The work was done at another shop (Future Body Shop, Groveland, FL) for $125.00 perfectly satisfactorily and on time versus over $400 at
Marathon Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
or $175 at the Toyota dealer. The people at Caliber were very nice and professional, but I thought when I walked into their very nice building that the price would be on the high end - I just didn't anticipate how high that end would be!
