If a mold contamination exists, we outline the necessary steps to remediate a mold problem by including mold remediation guidelines on how the mold contamination should be mitigated. We perform residential and commercial inspections, and we also have experience with hotels. To obtain a complete mold assessment, we recommend collecting mold samples, because samples help scientifically establish the air quality in relation to mold, and samples also help detect mold contamination hidden from view. We provide our clients with very detailed and understandable reports. For every hour we spend in the field, we spend a minimum of 3 hours writing reports. We do not perform mold remediation, thus avoiding conflicts of interest.
