"If you are looking for a GREAT place to buy a used car, I strongly suggest this place! After dealing with car dealerships and other places for a used Honda Civic, we were frustrated" as heck! Prices were super high, we were getting ripped off! We somehow stumbled upon these guys and wow...if you want a low mileage Honda, Toyota, or Subaru...go there!! They took two of our complete junk cars and gave us 1300 for them...one didn't run and the other had a bad leak in the oil and power steering leak... They take insurance totals and "revive" them...all low miles too! We got a 2010 Honda Civic with 41000 miles on it for only 8700! They gave us a 3 year warranty along with it too! I priced the same car at the dealerships and it was around 17,000! So far anything we have found that we wanted "tweaked" they have done quickly ! I plan to get the rest of my cars from them!

He even called me a couple days after the sale to follow up with me to see if I had any unanswered questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and this sales professional. "The provider got fifteen payments of cash on time with only two payments of $250 owed and one payment of $2.36 by

" 1, 2014 and he wasn't there, he was closed for no reason. He told me to leave my cash money payments in a drop box which was a mailbox. I didn't know about the "drop box" until he came to my house to get my car. They didn't tow my car, they drove it. It is illegal to leave cash money in a mail box. When my mother took me on September 21, 2014, he was there, but he wouldn't take the $500 that we agreed to pay him. He wanted all of the money instead. My friend took me six times to pay my payments and he was never there for me to pay them. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've EVER HAD WITH A CAR DEALER SHIP! This dealer only wants cash, so I think he's avoiding paying the IRS.

. The dealership slipped in a thousand dollar paint protection/ exterior type plan (triple diamond) into the contract, and that was after my husband told them he planned to sand and repaint the car. He had no idea that they had added on the thousand dollars. Who in their right mind would spend a grand on an exterior protection plan for a 15 year old car? The finance guy said its something they do, and acted like it was part of the prep work for the vehicle. He didn't know they were going to tack on a thousand dollars. That fee was never mentioned. They had a Clerical Fee of $499.50 (on an $8,500 car), four percent of the vehicle. The amount was written on the document in such small print, it is easy to miss. This was a document from a different customer's sale! Where did ours go? The other customers name address, phone number and contract number was on it, but they had my husband sign it. We went back in to the dealership about the exterior protection plan and the clerical fee, wow! Terrible experience, we managed to get the thousand back, no luck on the clerical fee. But, its an awful emotional toll to argue with a young big man who looks like he lifts weights for a living, and who doesn't like to be challenged. Never again.

I called Rusty's Auto Salvage to see if they would buy and remove an old (1985 Mazda) non-running car. I spoke with

who took all of the information and offered $150 for the car. I agreed and asked how quickly could the car be towed. I was transferred to another person, who verified my information, let me know that

The tires were inflated, the car hooked up and pulled from the spot where a holly bush had grown over parts of it. The entire process from arrival to watching the tow truck drive away took less than a half hour.
Everyone I spoke with were pleasant, professional, and efficient.

. They tried sneeking in a $3500. extended warranty in the contract which they never mentioned. We declined the $3500. warranty. 12 days after purchased, the car needed $2000. work done on it. They refused to do "ANYTHING" about this, they told us "We offered you a $3500. warranty & you turned it down so you are on your own"....
They are rude, unprofessional, & they lie to your face.
Stay away from these typical used car salesman, no ethics at all.

Oh my, where do I start? After contacting the internet department for help (which wasn't bad), I decided to go and see what they had on their lot, in addition to what I had seen online. After being greeted by a few different people, they finally figured out that

But that's ok, no test drive because we were in a hurry and said that we would return the following morning. . He's a very nice guy and went over and above to let us see who was on their lots. It's not going too bad so far because we now have a list of vehicles that we want to know the price of. Plus, we got the opportunity to drive the truck we wanted. Wrong answer -- EVERY vehicle was quoted at the inflated retail price. So, we're now back to square one with the vehicle we originally looked at. First of all, the 'boss' quoted the original price and not the online price...a difference of a mere $2.5K. Did he not know the price that was being advertised online? Why did he not know what the price that was on his own vehicle that he was selling? Then, he proceeds to let me know that I would need to put down $4-5K and they would give me $100-$300 (yes, I wrote that right) for a Dodge Ram 1500. The scrap metal alone would have been worth more than that. Sure, there was some work to be done on it, but the floor mats were worth $100! Then, all this would come together for a tidy little monthly payment between $470-$510 per month...for a 2008 vehicle...with a 1K mile warranty...and over 100K miles.

...no. Then, the 'boss' continues to drill me regarding my other deal at the other dealership and interjects a false accusation that the truck was on Craigslist. Want to really make a customer upset? Accuse him/her with a false accusation. Why was he so concerned about the other deal and did not care about selling his own vehicle? What does he do with that info? He uses that deal to try and tell me that he can get me into a vehicle based upon my budget, but the cars he then showed me would be right at the top of my budget and older than the one I was trading in! for a coolent leak and hard starting. After two days they called and said I had a BLOWN HEAD GASKET, coolent on all four cylinders, oil inside the No. 1 Spark Plug, bad left wheel bearing. Declined the service and took the car to another shop and found out the HEAD GASKET was NOT blown, no coolent on the cylinders, the oil was from valve gasket leaking. The car only needed new spark plugs and a new valve gasket. Also had a new water pump installed and wheel bearings replaced for a grand total of 678.00 dollors.
