Our Inspectors are certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the largest Certified Home Inspection Association for working professionals in the United States.
Many of our inspectors hold multiple state licenses, such as Home Inspector, Certified Building Contractor, Residential Contractor, and Mold Assessor.
FSG Inspections has access to and utilizes the latest technology, equipment, computers, and software to assess your property and convey findings clearly so you can make a sound purchase decision. Our Pre-Purchase reports are comprehensive, computerized, and in a narrative format in order to explain our findings in great detail. Pre-Purchase Inspection reports come with color photographs and maintenance advice to keep your home in top condition. You can use our report to negotiate with the seller or to provide to your preferred contractor if any repairs are needed.
