Kissimmee Kitchen And Bath Remodelers

The job started on time, tear-out and demolition was done well, and the
The problem throughout the job was sloppiness in execution creating a great deal of unnecessary duplicate work - where parts of the wall tile installation needed to be pulled out and relaid. The main bathroom floor tile laying was excellent, but for some reason the walls were a challenge, spacers weren't used consistently, mosaic tile cutouts were irregularly shaped (cuts were eyeballed, not based on a template). While the contractor owner didn't have a problem making sure the work was of high standard and met expectations (i.e., tearing out part of the days work), it was very trying to constantly do a quality check throughout each day and supervise the job of the staff when the business owner wasn't present. A major example was when the shower floor had to be completely pulled up the day after it was laid - the contract had it in a diamond pattern, and it was laid square. Again the contractor owner was "happy" to pull up the tile so it met the contract terms. This all added up to days of delays and unnecessary work and continued mess. The project is complete and glad that we have the bathroom back in shape. It looks great from a design standpoint and the end project has a remaining few minor mistakes we've chosen to overlook and are barely noticeable.
While they may have been going through training with some of the new employees (quality control) I'd use them if you want an average job at a good price. Perhaps they've improved in the past six months - but right now, I don't have another project where I'd need tile work. Was happy with their professionalism in the beginning and their diligence to "make it right" - but for the good price it was a fair installation. "
