Business Description: First we would like to thank all of our customers for supporting us in our second year at Angie's List. I am a master painter/ remodeler with over 16 years experience. I have an extensive portfolio and over 250+ references. I love what I do and I consider myself a craftsman. I am "known" for having a strict eye for detail. We still do a lot of the prep that seems to be trying to disappear from most of the paint work we have seen lately. I have planned, supervised and painted a ton of semi-custom and custom painting and coating projects. But I have a real respect for the entire trade, at all price points. We paint and prep with an extreme knowledge of scientific applications specific to that substrate. With coating longevity usually the main focus factor. For instance, the rust control/prevention techniques we use(usually on semi-custom and custom homes) has a seven step process starting with an abrasion minded approach, going through several conversions from Iron Oxide(rust) to Iron Sulfate. Before allowing for two much needed curing periods(weather depending, of course) and fully re-coating with oil-based metal/rust conversion primer(and another curing period), then last, but never least, the two thick coats of top coat. Seven full steps, no shortcuts. Ever. Is there any builders that ever use stainless fasteners? We do almost all types of flooring including, but not limited to, sheet and plank vinyl(Linoleum), ceramic tile and stone, Travertine and Marble, dry packs and mud-sets, laminates and engineered wood, glue down's and nailer's. I have been doing interior remodeling for over 12 years. We try to only use the best products that we can for that particular job and budget. My prices are always fair and competitive and I always give free estimates. Countertop specialist on board with experience in ALL types of material.
