"I would grade them a B minus. I dropped off a script. It's supposed to be ready on this particular date and this particular time. If I don't call, probably" 8 times out of ten they don't have it ready. I call to confirm that they have it ready. They don't have it ready so I just got in the habit of calling before I even go. I ask if it's ready even though there's a predetermined time and they take it off. Their wait time can be horrendous at any particular moments. The price is related to insurance but it's okay. I'm trying to find a new supplier now because this hasn't improved over a year. I continue to have the same issues. I talked with the manager. They corrected themselves for a while and then it goes back down.

"We had a hard time finding him and finally we did at a different location then we were told and then it appeared to be a reception office, no displays just a small" office. We paid him and he told us he would be over the next day to deliver it and set it up.We got the receipt before leaving the office and the receipt it said no returns. When he delivered it, it was clearly for a very large individual up to 300 lbs and she only weighs 130 lbs which they were aware of having met her just the day before. The walker was too big for her to maneuver with and we tried to return it and they told us all sales are final and we asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't there so they called us back and told us if we wanted to return it it would be a $20 fee with a restocking fee of 25% for a whopping total of $120. We looked online and found the same walker he sold us for only $199.76. This guy is a scam artist and using multiple business names and locations. He also goes by First Colony Medical Supplies,

Pharmacy reviews in Daytona Beach

The Pharmacist(

) carefully interviewed me,as I had moved here from NC and had a med list that is under the scrutiny of the Pill Mill Laws.I had previously had to use a pharmacy in Tarpon Sprgs that was not only inconvenient, but was not customer friendly & was more expensive, also.God Bless

for accepting me for filling of these meds-it was a massive weight off my shoulders! I am now treated with dignity and I will never cause this pharmacy to regret their choice.

This is the second time where I have not gotten my renewal correctly. I am supposed to get a 90 day supply and they claim that my doctor only called in a 30 day supply. I have called my Doctor and they verified that they they called in a 90 day supply and they even sent in a new perscription with a 90 day supply.

I would recommend them. I've used them for years. They are wonderful. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it and it usually comes in in a day. They are very friendly. They are very helpful in making sure that my medications clash with one another. They are just good out there. The sales clerks don't work behind the pharmacies. They are very good. They are all very friendly. I will miss it. They can be really expensive.

I used the drive through to pick up my prescription as I usually would. When I get to the window and give my last name and date of birth, the young lady states that she doesn't have anything for me. I tell her that she should and that I confirmed with my doctor the prior day that my prescription had been sent through. She said she'd take a look and asked me to drive around and come back through the window to give her a little time. When I arrived back at the window, the young lady I was working with stepped back and an older lady stepped forward, the pharmacist, I presume. She explained that she had nothing for me and that there was nothing she could do. I explained again that it must be a mistake as I had spoken to my doctor the previous day. She then told me that they lost power the previous day and that if anything was sent over, they wouldn't have gotten it. Frustrated, I responded with "I fail to see how that is my problem. I just know that I need my medication". At this, she closed the drive up window and walked away. Flabbergasted, I picked up my cell to try and call the emergency hotline to see if there was something that could be done as I am bipolar and missing even one

of my medication can have disastrous results. As I'm doing this, the pharmacist returns to the window and tells me that I need to move my car or she is going to call the police and have them move it for me. I end up parking in the parking lot and going in to the store. I explain that I called the emergency hotline and am waiting for a doctor to call and make the correction to my meds. The pharmacist acknowledges me, but is otherwise cold and unengaged. I notice that she and the girl that initially helped me are exchanging glances and smiles. It's clear they think this situation is a joke. My doctor calls within 10 minutes and I break down in tears explaining what's going on. She immediately calls the pharmacy and gives them the prescription to fill. Another young lady helps me check out. Overall, I understood that they may not have had my prescription, but the way I was treated was inexcusable. You would think in a case like this that they would at least be apologetic and willing to offer assistance versus threatening to call the police. There was nothing I did to warrant that. Perhaps she was having just as bad of a day as I was. While I thought of giving her the feedback, I also recognized it wasn't the best time. Seeing at this was a one time event, I will most likely go back and see how it goes. Typically I don't have to interact with the pharmacist since I usually get my meds through the drive-through. I will, however, make sure that someone managing the store is aware of the experience that I had.

Their customer service is real excellent. They get to know the customers or patients that come in pretty good. The price is pretty reasonable. They get back to you right away when you have any questions. They'll call you when you have refills that are due.
- Sarah E.

I have been using them for 18 months. They are very good. They are very accurate and personable. They helped with an equipment that I needed to get for my parents. They gave personal service and showed me a couple of things. I told them what the situation was and they showed me a couple of things and explained things. They are all very friendly.
- Jeter B.

Sometimes they're very good and sometimes, they're not. If you call in for a new prescription, sometimes they don't tell you right away that it's not renewable, and you're waiting for it to be refilled. They try, but the prices are out of sight. I don't know if it has to do with me or my plan, but the prices are unbelievable. I just got a prescription last week for $220. They're telling me that Medicare still pays a lot for it; it's very expensive. They're on my plan, so no matter where I go, that pharmacy has to call

gives them the price to sell it for. They're a big corporation and they don't care about their patients. If you want to get a person, you get the computer. It's a whole different thing than your local pharmacy. Some days it's very good and you get someone on the ball and other days you don't.
- Florence S.

I would recommend CVS to other members. I haven't had any problem with them. They are kind of average, you go in; you hand in your prescription and they seal it. Their price is a little bit cheaper than the other pharmacy. They are very professional but you don't have their personal attention. They are okay with customer service. If you ask them a question they would answer and to be fair they should probably get A because they are okay. When you go there they don't

you the same way as the one I am used to.
