"We were very happy with them. The nurse was a very friendly individual. The infusion took several hours, so we chatted with him and got to know him pretty well. He was a very nice man. The insurance company handled financial end of it. We went through a battle with insurance company to get the service."

"
Home Health provided end of life care for my mother-in-law. They were extremely supportive and compassionate. The staff was wonderful about explaining the process to my wife and father-in-law. The nurses did an excellent job of keeping her comfortable. They even offered volunteers to come out to the house and sit with her if my father-in-law had to run out for appointments or errands. I would highly recommend this service if you are considering hospice for your loved one. "

"Overall I was pleased by the service. The service providers were very nice & treated my mother very well. They would call me frequently with updates & observations as I had requested. My only complaint came at the end of our journey when we needed them most. It became apparent that the end was very near and my mother was in pain. The nurses at the health care center called and asked for a hospice nurse to be sent. She would be the one that could order the pain meds for my mother. There were weather complications and the nurse took about three hours to arrive. She phoned in the order for the meds to be delivered and left saying they would be delivered "STAT". The pharmacy was 45 miles away and the delivery took another 3 hours! All this time my mother was in agonizing pain! In summary, my complaint with the company is not with the personnel but I feel that they overextended themselves. I found out too late that all the health care providers that work for this company live in the Oklahoma City Metro area while we were needing service in Noble. The distance was not a problem on a day to day operation, but it WAS a problem when we needed services right away. I think overall that this is a good company delivering wonderful service to those employing them in the Metro Area. I DO NOT recommend them outside the Metro!"

"I would highly rate them in every category. The nurse who was in charge of my husband’s care was extremely knowledgeable, very caring, and gentle. She explained our options to us very carefully and was very supportive."

"We were, and are, so grateful for

and the fact that we started with them relatively early in my husbands illness. It was a huge blessing to have them come at least once a week at the beginning and then more frequently as my husband's health continued to deteriorate over a period of about 9 months. The staff were comforting and helped us through the most difficult time in our lives. Three of the staff stayed with our family the day my husband died. I would encourage anyone dealing with a terminal illness to bring hospice in earlier than later and I highly recommend

, specifically. I am grateful they were there for us.

"The hospice was very effective. We can either go the 4-hospice route or the palliative and with palliative we can still receive Medicare services. They only come out once a month. They would come out more if needed which in our case they only came once a month. The case load was extremely heavy so she set the appointment and she did show up on time."

"Its a wonderful place, the care they give, spirituality because even people that are not spiritual, when they get that close they get that way. I haven't met anyone who didn't, they will call out "oh God in a min when they need it. They don't walk in with a look on their face that says "oh God, she looks horrible today". We used them because she wanted to come home and be with us and her grandsons. they keep a sign up for volunteers and thats good for families in the grieving process. You don't find any better then those nurses. They will tell you anything you wanted to know and we didn't have to deal with any billing."

"They really care and they are consistent. They work hard to assure that he has everything he needs and that he is not in any pain. They work hard to help me to understand. The chaplain and social worker stay very involved and make sure that I am okay too. They will come out in the middle of the night if we need them. The office staff has treated me wonderfully over the phone. If they need to stay with another client, they will call. If there is an emergency, they are here. The staff is very friendly; they are great. They have kept my husband out of pain and they have been able to help me. My husband has a very rare disease that is hard for people to understand. They have worked very well with him and kept him from acting out too much. The billing goes to the insurance. We will use them as long as my husband is alive."

"They were very good until we had an issue with hospice. We had an excellent relationship with the aid-staff until we had a conflict on the type of care that we needed. They refused to give us services and that made it very hard. My mother ended up in a hospital who was associated with the VNA and they refused us service."

"The medical staff and the care giving staff are all very thoughtful and professional. They were all very human and were extremely helpful. They were very good people to have and work with."
