Overall, this was a very positive experience. As with any medical experience you should always remain involved with your loved one and the staff responsible for their care. Get to know them and get/give contact numbers.

I went to the emergency room in the middle of the night. They moved quickly to get me in however, they had a code blue and I had to wait for awhile to actually see the doctor. They tested my urine and found I had a UTI and gave me a prescription for it. I went to Walgreens Pharmacy afterwards and got it filled right away.

My husband fell and hit his head and the ambulance came and took him to the hospital. Everyone at this hospital is very helpful and if you need something they are right there to help you with it. If you have questions they will take their time to answer them for you. You just feel that everything is ok and under control. They took good care of him. They are very efficient and caring and their staff has been very accommodating. My husband had trouble walking and they went and got him a walker to help him get into the wheel chair and they went out of their way to get it for him. I thought that was very accommodating. They had to send out for an analysis to see if the medication was ok or if it was viral or something else and they would have to change it. But apparently it was ok because I wouldn't know until I got home, so they said that if I didn't hear from them that everything was fine. They communicate very well and are so helpful. We will continue to use the services of this hospital in the future.

I was unhappy with the fact that they did not tell me the result of my echocardiogram; my primary care doctor had to call them up for that. I would like to change my care from them but unfortunately they are associated with my primary care physician, so I

Entered hospital through Emergency Room close to death. Did diagnostic tests and treatment in a timely manner and admitted my husband to the hospital. Saved his life and he did not catch any new infection due to the care of the whole staff.

The nurse needed to draw blood which was very difficult because of low blood pressure and small veins. The nurse was patient and persistent so that my husbands disease could be diagnosed.

The staff clearly cared about my husband.

hospital and a delay of a few days it was discovered that the elastic stockings were too tight, never checked or changed. Heel ulcers were discovered and after changing professional staff a competent hospitalist and wound specialist were found. Treatment resulted in weeks of hospitalization and about five months of treatment in a would clinic.
