"I explained to
that I would be informing Angie's List that I was not pleased. He asked me how,the situation could be made better. I told him that the" device I had received was filthy dirty and had something brown smudged all over the bottom. Before I took the concentrator into my home, I needed to thoroughly clean the bottom. I also needed to drive back to their office. I told him that it would cost me money for gas, and I would need to spend time cleaning the dirty device. I asked for $20 to compensate me for my gas, time spent driving, and time I would be spending cleaning up the filthy dirty machine.

I understood that someone who needs bars would not want to use their bathroom, but I use my home bathroom every day and night without the use of metals bars. If I can use my own bathroom, what is so wrong about allowing me to use a restroom. A local fast food restaurant will allow me to use a bathroom if I just buy a sandwich or a
. My insurance is paying $173 per month (according to the paperwork) to rent this concentrator. Please avoid Dealing with

. I tried to email the therapist using the card she gave and to my utter disappointment the email id on her card has someone else name on it.

"I ordered new CPAP

and after 2 weeks I called them to find out why it hadn't arrived. I was told that the manufacturer is behind" on making the masks. Finally after a month, I went to the store and they said they had called the manufacturer daily and they still don't have any. I was told to try another medical equipment supply store in town. When I went to the other store, they said they have been having customers from
coming to them with the same story. They said that the manufacturer had plenty and they kept a supply of masks. I don't know why the manager lied about the manufacturer not having any masks instead of just telling the truth that they didn't want to be in the CPAP business any more.

We equipment if fine. Customer service is terrible. Three examples - 1. When we received the bipap device, we were told that came with in-house service 24-hours a day. When we had problems, we waited until morning to call. At that time, we were told to bring the device to the office - no in-home. 2. We needed the pressure checked on the device. I asked if I could drop it off on the way to work. Theanswer was yes. When I went to drop it off, I was asked to stay. An hour later, after no service, I asked the manager if I cold just leave it. The I could. An hour or work time wasted. 3. We had a prescription for an overnight oximetry with the results to be faxed to the Dr. Two days later, I called to ensure the fax had gone out. After waiting on hold, I was told that if it had not, it owuld be shortly. I take that as a no, it had not been sent. The alternative is they could not fined the proper person to ask. That seems to be a pervasive problem - the right person is not available at the moment. We now have a prescription to add oxygen to the bipap. We will use a different vendor.

was more worried about maximizing their profit vs best treatment for patient. Misled me on treatment options and equipment rental options. I returned equipment and have continued to be billed and being harnessed with calls on rental payments for equipment that was returned.
I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this company.

’t know why they are not taking care of it, and I might go to Consumer Protection on this. They are billing us directly as if we never had insurance. My mother has Blue Cross Blue Shield to cover it, but they have never pursued it. I have talked to Blue Cross Blue Shield and they say that the equipment is covered by them. They never serviced the equipment. They never called us and didn’t bill us for more than 10 months or so. They never gave us any indication of any problems at all until they sent us a huge bill. Their paperwork doesn’t accurately tell us what they are doing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They were on the case when my dad had to go into the ER. He was hospitalized for 3 days and now he is in residential care. They are absolutely wonderful. I don't know what the general going rate is for home health care but we started out 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. It turned out my dad needed more care so then we were suddenly looking at $12,000 a month at $20 an hour so that's why he is in a residential care facility. He wanted to be home but $20 an hour around the clock is unaffordable.

2. On June 25, 2012 (Monday), the 2nd business day after my purchase(i.e. a cushion ring for wife), an

employee (different than the one from whom I bought the item on Thursday) stated that the item was considered a "personal item" and could not be returned.
3. If the employee from whom I purchased the item had told me that the item could not be returned, I would NOT have purchased it.
4. At the bottom of the document that I signed when I purchased the item, it clearly states that some items are excluded from the return policy.
5. It was my fault for not reading the whole paragraph on "Return Policy".
6. My complaint is that the

employee who sold me item should have told me that the item was considered a "personal item" and COULD NOT BE RETURNED, instead of telling me that the item could be returned within 3 business days and that a 35% restocking fee would be charged.
7. I just think that it is good customer service/good business for the retailer to tell the customer that the item could NOT be returned prior to it being purchased. Maybe the employee did not know the policy. Maybe she needed to be educated so that she could in turn educate the customer.
8. Either way, it was not a good experience. I paid $20.00 for item that we will not use.
