"I signed up for Direct TV with this company at the Minnesota State Fair on 8/23/14. The installation date was scheduled for 8/26/14, which I validated with the receipt (that I still" have) from when I signed up. After taking time off work to be there for the install, the installers never showed up, resulting in wasted time off from work. When I called to reschedule, someone named
informed me that I would receive a $100 credit on my bill for the error, which I did not receive. The installation occurred on 8/27/14. On 9/2/14, I received a $50 "processing fee" to my checking account (which I believe is a totally ridiculous fee with no other purpose to generate extra income) But I paid it nonetheless. On 9/15/14, I received a second $50 fee in error. After trying multiple times to contact the company unsuccessfully and receiving no response to my messages, I finally got an answer to my call and was able to talk to a person named
. He informed me that he would process the credit that day. I have never received the credit. It is now October 6th. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company concerning this error.
informed me when I called on the 19th and again on the 22nd that he processed the credit on 9/17/14 and I should give it more time. Since the 22nd, I have called and left messages with the company several times, with absolutely no response whatsoever. This company has stolen from me and I would like it remedied. Promising a credit and not delivering on that promise shows a serious lack of integrity. Taking money out of an account that you have not earned and are not entitled to take is theft. Ignoring customer calls and not responding when you know you have wronged someone also shows a lack of morals and that the company does not care to provide good customer service. I was promised a credit and a refund and never got either.

"this complaint is related to the
Highway, Wilmington, Delaware store. I had a water accident down the beach. I am on crutches. My"
phone got wet. It stopped functioning. When I got home, I had to find someone to take me to
to get a phone immediately so I can make arrangements to go to the doctor and continue to run my business. When my neighbor took me to
, we were so surprised that the answer to our problem from
Manager and a tech was to go somewhere else and buy a phone. Excuse me???????????????????????????????????????????? The Prepaid part of the system had been down for upgrades (supposedly) since Friday daytime. This is Sunday afternoon. They told us to go to Walmart and get a phone. The tech told us that all we had to do was buy the phone, call CS, and get the phone activated. Right!!!!! I brought the Walmart phone home and followed the directions to get the phone activated. "Since the "ENTIRE" Prepaid System is down, there is NO activation of ANY phone of ANY kind. I was then told to dial *228 later today to get ahold of CS because the system should be up and running. Right!!!!! We ALL know that no one will be there after 5 PM. I have not been able to call doctors' office and leave messages, get rides organized, or run my business. What kind of business runs like this??? The nerve of them to tell a client to go somewhere else to get service. I believe they should compensate me for the headache and frustration they have caused and my having to go in and out of
store and Walmart on crutches without any resolution to my problem. I consider myself in a medical emergency situation needing help to make a doctor appointment and find rides to get there and also to get to an MRI facility. I also cannot send or receive calls from my clients to run my business. I have no idea what time
will decide to report to work tomorrow, Monday. They should take responsibility for their actions. Lousy customer service. The techs have no idea what works and what does not work as far as their system. Nice training!! What technical brain decided to allow this? Dahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there was a lower rating than an F, I believe
would wear it well. I will report back to you and let you know the outcome.

"Please note.....I seldom go to the
store on is way too busy. I always use
in Best Buy...also on College. The last phone" I bought was at
's Club because it was on a special at 96 cents. However, I do not go to them for questions. A new
store opened here in my town....
, CO....and I go to them for information. Both the store inside Best Buy and the one in
, are professional, knowledgeable, pricing the same, etc..

Cell Phone Service reviews in Casselberry

Best service experience ever!! I'm not sure where to begin... first let me start out by saying the owner is the person that not only performs the free on-site estimate, he actually performs the installs. Talk about peace of mind! His knowledge and professionalism are un-parallel. He provided excellent information and gave expert advice on camera locations for best possible viewing of the surveillance cameras... which, in my case, meant purchasing less cameras than I first anticipated!!
Free estimates, no surprises.
Thorough explanation and extensive knowledge. Amazing customer service!
Did I mention no wires??

(owner and installer) is a magician with the wiring! He goes the extra mile and a half to ensure there are no unsightly wires and zero mess from the installation.
Casselberry Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
has the best prices out there, AMAZING work and the peace of mind that the owner of the company is on-site with the installation. Couldn't be happier!!!

Staff at store: worked with me by explaining options and looking for special offers.
Installer: kept appointment time; professional and answered my questions.; cleaned up after install.
System: has worked very well for all my wireless devices. Speed sometimes slows when several devices are logged on at once, but still much faster than my previous DSL.
Overall: satisfied with AT&T and with the wireless service
Price: would like it to be lower.

See above. When my carpet was put in, the carpet people pushed a large roll top desk into the phone outlet and crushed it. We figured out we didn't have a dial

, and

came out and found the problem and fixed it. That was about tow weeks ago. The yesterday called them late and they came out to rearrange wires that were too tight and restrictive.

After service was activated in June, we had no dial

or internet for seven days. After three phone calls to troubleshoot and an outage in our area, a technician came out and corrected what he described as an installation issue by the original technician. Service worked for only 1.5 days before we lost internet again. A 3 day outage occurred, after additional phone calls we were told it was due to equipment issues in their central office. After service returned, download speed was 0.48 Mb/s, and upload speed was 0.14 Mb/s. We couldn't even open google homepage in less than 90 seconds. A long wait (greater than 30 minutes) on the phone queue got us to technical support who confirmed our speed was unacceptable. In addition to sending a replacement modem, I was transferred to sales to upgrade service to the 7-10 Mb/s package. However, after another very long wait on hold (30 minutes), that sales representative told me that 7-10 Mb/s was not available at my location after all. Any two

reps I spoke to did not seem to be working from the same set of information. At that point we cancelled the service. The customer service representative who closed our account apologized for the poor service and told me that because we cancelled within 30 days, we were within the trial period and would not be billed and she would note this in my account. Three months later in Sept, we received a notice from a collection service for an outstanding bill of $80 from

. I contacted

to resolve, but they responded that I must have been misinformed and needed to pay the bill to avoid being reported to a collection agency which would impact credit rating. I payed the bill but will not be going anywhere near a

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any customer service, in any field. They have
Casselberry Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
charges everywhere and continued to charge me for two months after I told two representatives, including my business rep, to close the account. I was told I would be charged $20 per line for two lines, $20 for the S5 I purchased, and $10 for the iPad I had on their system. So, I should have been paying around $80-$85 with taxes. My bills were always over $140 dollars because of

charges which were immense. When I tried to activate two more lines they sent me the wrong

card 3 times for the iPhone. Then the one they sent me for my main line was cancelled by them so I had to drive an hour to the nearest store to get it corrected. We also had to call tech support 3 times to even get the phones to work properly because they synced them incorrectly. My rep did credit my account $150 for all the mistakes, but it did not end there. I bought the second line because I needed their wifi calling, so my rep sold me an S5. It apparently is the only android phone that will not do wifi calling, which was my reason for choosing tMobile in the first place. Instead of getting me a different phone, he sent out a signal booster which did no good. I didn’t have enough signal to make it worth using and the booster only helped a little at my house but did no good at my job sites. Finally, I left them after 5 months of constant issues and switched to Verizon. I transferred both numbers and was using them on Verizon for 2 months, yet here comes another tMobile bill. They are still charging me for the second line!!!! They said it’s because Verizon didn’t fully port the number so it was dual usage. However, I had talked to one tMobile agent on the phone and emailed my rep to ensure the account was closed when I switched and they both said it was, even the automated system said it was closed. When I just called they told me too bad Verizon didn't port it fully and kept every faulty charge. Also, I was told that the automated system was saying that because the first number was the primary. This was just a headache from day one that cost me a lot of time and money I should not have lost.

Telephone and internet provider in local area. Web mail is slow and it takes two or more times to log in to get connected. At times it is not much faster (DSL) than the previous dial up. Techs only give you excuses.

The biggest problem we have had with
Casselberry Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
was its TV service. It would go out for varying lengths of time for no good reason we could discern and do it multiple times in a night. Even after reporting specific times it went out and for how long, the problem wasn't fixed, so we dropped the service. This is when it first came out, and may not be a problem now. Other than that, we have always had good service from
Casselberry Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
and are happy with the telephone and internet provided.
