all were off that day, so I was informed that someone would look into my refund status for shipping get back with me. Some did leave a message on my phone that day stating the refund was approved for 20.00; however, they never mentioned my Galaxy. I am very disappointed in the way
treats their Prepaid Customer, and I would appreciate a followup call. I simply want my Galaxy back.

After moving to Arizona I signed up for a special with 5 GBs of data every month at 4G Lte speed! Been great so far and theygave me an additional 10 GBs free as well as allowing unused data to roll over! Not bad!

Installation was approximately October 2015. Fiber OPtics only installed to the street service coming into the house is copper. Thecnician stated that wouldn't be a problem. Technician left without completing the service. RE: remotes were not set up, and we later determined the speed of service didn't change from standard to fiber optics. The net result was the tv menu took several seconds to load and occassionally timed out/stalled in the middle of a show. recording is intermittent too.
A few week later I stopped by the store to see an example of how the service should function. Sales associaed confirmed there were issues with our installation and sent another technician out . The technician proceeded to install in a different manner. Left with the speeds still the same.
We continue to receive service that is no way resembles fiber optics. I called technical support to discuss and they said they didn't see any issues. Speed tests have always supported that fiber optics was not meeting expectations (or even half the speed).
02/25 I stopped in the store to cancel my TV service and was going to keep the internet and ask for help. Sales Associate Cancelled tv Service and said that no monies paid for future services woiuld be refunded even if it was bad service. I determined it was good business cancel all services and look for a more responsive and professional service.

I was notified that they are no longer going to going to be carrying the wireless prepaid services through

, and I was told that we need to switch to the wireless carrier of our choice. I was given 3 weeks to switch to another carrier, and I was informed that I would have to use the balance of the prepaid phone or the minutes would be forfeited. My issue is that the phone is my Aunt's, who is currently out of country, and there would be no way that $80 worth of minutes would be used within 21 days. After being bounced around several customer service agents, I was given the run around that I was unable to speak with them, not a manager. It's very frustrating that I was unable to talk to someone that would understand the issue of in no way being able to use all of these minutes within a short period of time. What I am seeking would be a credit for some of the money that I have for the prepaid for the talk minutes. I just think that is a lot of talk time to ask any customer to use within a 3 week period.

This is a very poor business practice and it is very frustrating that customer needs/money is not being considered within this scenario.

Their rates are phenomenally low, they use AT&T's network so they offer great coverage and even better service because it is not AT&T service. Every time I call them, they answer within the first ring. They will activate phones from other carriers for free, all you need is the

. This individual should be FIRED or retrained to the warehouse. When I asked this SENIOR Representative how they warn elderly folks and their families when their service is not working and whether they stop charging us for service that is not working due to their own equipment not working, she started with an attitude that was unacceptable & offensive.
Very disappointed on a service we recommended to family and friends, and UNTIL they put into place MECHANISMS that alert families that an equipment is not working and stop billing them until the equipment is working again - Stay away from these folks.

They did not advise me that my phone would not work outside of the area I live in. The first contract I had with them was 25 cents per minutre but then when I renewed it in november of 2014 they told me I could get it for 10 cents a minute...When I could of been paying that all along. My biggest issue with them was them not telling me before hand my phone would not work outside of PA though.
