Cape Coral Fence Installers Reviews

"Basically you are on you own in many big box store departments. While they may promise expert service they are often stretched way beyond their area of expertise. They just spread their work force way to thin to have an experienced associate in each depart. Not so at the
Cape Coral Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
, at least not in their Garden Center. I cannot recall a more knowledgeable sales force outside of a landscape center. They offer a depth of knowledge that makes your project easier and more likely to succeed. I will drive the extra miles to find this kind of support. Well done guys.

. was contracted to install a 72’’’Black Vinyl Chain Linked
Fence. They installed a 70’’ Black Vinyl Fence. Fence Post were
to be set 24’’deep, concrete must extend 4’’ around post full depth of footing.
Several post not buried 24’, causing fence to be unlevel. Company
was contacted and workers came back to attempt to fix
installation (this was their 2nd visit to complete the job). At that
time, they informed me they re-poured cement to meet code. Instead, what
they did was stick 4’’cut pipe between their initial pour and the dirt to wedge
the fence post. The post not being buried 24’’ n ground was never
addressed. They were called back again, after the Rep from Gulf
Atlantic viewed the 4’’cut pipe acting as a wedge, he
stated their workmen lied and yes indeed this isn’t the correct way to fix
the installation. They came out a 3rd
time to complete the job. There was nothing changed from initial cement
pour, they only added approx 4-6" of cement to the front
of the fence posts, on top of the ground. In the process of doing this,
they buried my sprinkler pipe in cement. The piles of cement on the ground
around the fence posts are very visible and look terrible. As a
result of the cement on top of the ground, the workers were unable to put back
my decorative brick boarder which they moved prior to starting
the job. As a result of the post near my house not being correctly
secured, they bolted a metal brace to my house. While the workers
attempted to fix the posts, they scratched them all and had to spray them with
black paint, they also sprayed black paint onto my home and left it
there. The latch to the gates are not secured and my dogs were
able to easily push it open and get out. Fencing was tied into neighbors fencing and was
not to code per inspector. Code
inspection failed due to loose fence poles, not enough cement to
secure, tied into neighbor’s fence with screws in two separate locations.
Per code inspector, the fence has to end at a terminal pole, not tied to a
neighboring fence. There was no response to further calls after the
inspection failed and in the process of waiting, the permit expired.

Cape Coral Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
called me to tell me that he was almost done with the pool cage. He wanted to receive a check by Friday. I hurried to send out a check to him for the balance die of $1,800 by Priority Mail so that he would receive it by Friday. I thought he would finish the job that week.
I asked my Property Management company to check to see that the pool screen was finished. Two weeks later, they let me know that most of the screen had been replaced, except for the screen around the door that was supposed to be moved. That screen was missing - leaving the pool & lanai area unusable - and the door had not been moved.
I called

"Ordered wrong color fencing and began install without even showing me the product. The reorder caused a significant delay. They cut through a utility line 2x despite that it was clearly marked the second time. The gate was originally put on with the posts not matching up and it was only corrected after I complained. They did return right away for this. My biggest issue though was that I was advised by them to put sod in after the fence install and not before Well after the sod install my gate is not functional. It wont open at all and I have repeatedly made attempts to reach out and they would not acknowledge any responsibility or offer to fix the problem. They insisted that they left 2 inches clearance for sod and that was that. Well sod guy said there wasn't enough clearance and well at the end of the day no one will take responsibility and I have a new fence/ gate that is not functional!:-(

came to my house to provide an estimate on 10/28/13. I had already received estimates from 2 other sources. He was there at the scheduled time, very professional and knowledgeable. We walked the area to be fenced talked about my options and
Cape Coral Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
provided a quote within minutes. The quote was a bit higher than the others but I was very impressed with his professionalism. I accepted the quote and was told that they might be able to fit me in within a few days, but no more than a week. I actually received a call 4 days later and they showed up the next day and completed the work. When I came home I was very impressed. The work was done, there was no debris left and everything was as we had discussed. Thank you.
"The fence is beautiful! Everyone from
Cape Coral Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
was excellent. The installers were professional, respectful, and hard-working. It looks great and the price was the best by far. Angie's coupon really helped lower the cost too. Overall, excellent, - highly recommend using them!
"Fantastic work, great price, great company to work with. We would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. The house/yard looks great!
"I was not notified that this company was going to hire sub-contractors payed them 1/2 down and 1/2 at end of work ,I was worried for over a month I thought I lost the down payment , had to hunt the company down in a barn but found him then we started communicating, not professional at all to communicate with customers after hounding them finally over a month later my fence is up pheww these sub-contractors are good workers but they come late and leave early 4:00 pm without talking to the customer of whats going on and they leave all equipment all over the place , almost killing the grass although they claim that you don't have to be home for them to put up the fence ,they also say that they are not responsible for missing materials so they leave it all over the place and they don't let you know that they are leaving !!!! had a very hard time with the owner sorry but never again !!!!
"At the end, I felt the response to service was excellent. The fencing is straight and looks great. We are new to Cape Coral and used Angies List to find this provider. We agreed to have them install the fence without getting a second quote based on our experience and satisfation with all contractors to date using Angies List. Our fence was installed while we were out of the country. When we returned, the fence had not been 100% finished. End pieces were missing, caps missing, and some debris from our previous fence remained. This upset us. I called the company and immediately they responded. They immediately had a worker come over and fix the errors. Thw owner was obviously unaware of the problem. I gave them an A rating because of how they handled this problem with apologies and professionalism. Sometimes it is not what you is what you do to fix a problem. I would use this company again because they obviously are passionate about their work and making sure the job is done to the consumers satisfaction.
