Boynton Beach Window Installers Reviews

C
"Slick salesperson did fine job of selling product at reasonable prices in September 2013, insisted he gave us several discounts. Then proceeded to lie to us for next several weeks about when product was being constructed. We finally stopped listening to sales person and would only work with specific (nice and helpful) person in main office. One permitting issues were resolved, windows went to production in late December. Naturally holiday schedule further delayed production, then one window had to be re-done because it didn't pass inspection. Installation finally scheduled for 1/27/2014. Part of the job included removal of old storm shutters. Stucco holes were roughly patched though painting was not done as promised by sales person. Painting NOT in contract either. My senior citizen mother brushed and painted exposed stucco, approx. 4-foot strips on each side of six windows! After old window removed then masonry saw used to enlarge openings? No explanation on why this is needed for "custom measured windows". The first several windows it was not much of a problem because vacuum caught most of the dust and blew it outside. The Last window done in master bedroom (which we had asked to be the first window done, all windows installed in reverse order of request!) however did not use any vacuum which resulted in concrete dust all over master bedroom and bath, living room, dining area, kitchen and foyer! It was so thick my senior citizen mother slept in the car that night! Once the work was mostly completed, I hired a cleaning service to help her clean the main living areas, especially high cabinets and ceiling fans. They also cleaned the interior of the windows, again, not done by window company, though this is apparently a standard practice by window companies. When I mentioned the problem with the excessive concrete dust I was told I had to expect some dust, then I asked why the vacuum had not been used on the last window, there was no acceptable answer or apology. Many of these issues where referred to the owner, but we never heard from him or received any compensation, not even for the yard statues that were broken. Crew just threw them out...my mother found them in the trash. She was able to repair one, but not the other. Thankfully the windows and doors passed county inspection...but if you use this company I 'd get more WRITTEN confirmation of what will or won't be done and request that excessive dust will be professionally cleaned.

&
Boynton Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
kept us informed from beginning of project to our renter's home. He repaired about 10 windows and tightened and grease the windows. They were a pleasure to work with and made our tenants extremely happy. Thanks to them, we did not have to replace our windows. It's a good service everyone will need from time to time.

RC WINDOWS was very fair in pricing, extremely fast in scheduling our appointment and was in constant communication with us and our tenants. We would highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. There was never a contract involved .... their word and a hand shake is their contract. I would consider them the most pleasurable experience I've had in the 18 years I have lived in

"Everything was well-planned and went smoothly. Although there were some delays in receiving the cabinets, that was the fault of the cabinet manufacturer.

assigned their crew for two extra days to finish on my requested date. They are meticulous, clean, polite, and explain their work well. Because they are licensed and insured, I felt completely confident in their work. I now have a kitchen and entire downstairs that is gorgeous!"

"Sales rep was very proud of the company and did a good job selling us the windows. We were promised a quick installation and no sub-contractors would be used. The office was very efficient, no complaints there. The product is very solid and good looking, no complaints there. Only complaints I had were, the installers said they were sub-contractors and they took a bit longer than they said they would and although they came back and replaced a scratched pane on the french doors, they never finished the final touches on the inside of the french door where the use of caulk/sealant was patchy and poorly done. Pity because now we are looking elsewhere to get our front windows and door done."

"After several months delay, we were told that the company could no longer honor the contract and would return our deposit. That hasn't happened, in spite of requests by certified mail (letter never picked up) and inquiries from the Better Business Bureau of West Palm Beach (all ignored). Mr.
Boynton Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
has left many messages on our phone, promising to return the deposit. He never has. We are now taking him to court. We also discovered that the contractor he listed to install the hurricane windows either doesn't exist, or has no business relationship with

"The contract was signed on 2/06/06 and a 1/2 deposit of $3425.00 was paid at signing. We were told by the salesman (
Boynton Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
) that they would be installed before that year's hurricane season which started 06/01/06. That season came and went, thankfully with no serious storms. After several phone calls to an answering system and leaving messages, we were delayed with future installation dates several times. Finally,
Boynton Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
called with an installation date of 4/11/07. The installers arrived, but could not install the "custom-made" shutters because they were "too big", obviously, the measurements taken at "final measurement" on 2/21/06 were incorrect. They had to take them back to be cut down. This was delayed for a couple more days and a new date (04/13/07) was set up (which again I needed to take off from work.) I must admit that the installers did a beautiful job, quickly and cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.
