I think that he did a good job. I was pleased with the service. He basically was trying to sell his service when I called for this one time maintenance call. He did not charge me so I could see the quality of work from his company. I think that the maintenance contract was too expensive, and I did not sign a contract. I would not use them again because of the price not because of the overall experience with the company because he was friendly and answered a lot of questions for me. But the work was completely free.

BUYER
BEWARE
There are some companies that should not be in business
and
, Inc,
owner (
)
Levesques, is one of them. He may give you a good price to put in a
pool but that is where “good” stops. He
is miserable to deal with, does not honor his contracts and/or his warrantees, ignores
phone calls, treats his employees terribly and his customer’s worse.. He is a poor business man and terrible individual.
We signed our contact in September 2009 and the pool was
completed at the end of November. We did
not think this was terrible because we got a good price. What the real story is, he starts a pool,
gets a check, starts another pool, get a check, comes back to the first pool,
does a second step, gets a check, and so on.
Like robbing
to pay
.
When you give him his final check, then he takes the last step and you
do not hear from him again.
In May 2012, we developed a rust spot in our pool and
contacted
. Remember his contract
states the pool shell is warranted for ten (10) years.
asked that we be patient as this was the
beginning of his busy season, but he would take care of it. In September 2012, as a reminder, we dropped
pictures of the now large rust spot off at his office. After numerous phone calls (another thing he
does not like) he came and drained the pool and fixed the rust spot. The rebar or metal ties were too close to the
surface. Within a week the rust spot was
back. After multiple phone calls, he
sent his son over, we drained the pool a second time (remember each time you
drain you pay to refill) and he fixed the rust spot. This time it took two weeks, but the rust
spot appeared again. Again after
numerous phone calls,
and an expert came, we drained the pool the third
time, and they fixed the rust spot. We
mentioned the cost of filling the pool, and
flatly refused to consider
reimbursement.
When our second rust spot appeared; yes, the first one is
fixed, but now across the pool comes another, we called
. His response to our request to fix the second
rust spot is that it was getting to expenses for him to keep fixing our pool.
That it must be being caused by our maintenance. When I explained our maintenance program and
advised him we could back this with records, he then blamed the salt
system. It wasn’t good for the
pool. He sold us the salt system (at
additional cost). After research on
line, we found that rust spots are not all that unusually, and gave the cause,
poor workmanship, not maintenance. If
fact several articles make it very clear, rust spot are never the cause of
maintenance or a salt system.
Workmanship is the cause and only cause.
At this point, we gave up on
and
Pools. We found a reputable pool builder who fixed
our second rust spot (on the first try) at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we now have a third and I am
sure more to come. So…What’s the old
saying, you get what you pay for, well we paid a good price for our pool, and
we’ve put a lot more into it and will need to continue to pay for our
stupidity.
If you are considering putting in a pool, do your
homework, check for references, believe that you see on complaint websites and
do NOT make the same mistake we made. Do
not let
Pools and/or
(
)
put a pool in your back
yard.
