"It was obvious the car I was driving would help them decide how much they were going to charge me. There are a lot of other problems, but if that isn't a red" flag for anyone reading this, you will get ripped off.

"She's really good at what she does. She knows all the Meridians, all the Chinese system very well. She's a really good acupuncturist. She can be a little" rougher than the other one but she means well. She's also good at prescribing different Chinese medicines that cure things. She's got the best flu remedy I've ever seen. It can actually stop the flu early. Back in '93 when I got married, I had this Michigan bronchitis off and on for months and then it went away. We went to her and she gave us this herbal thing. It's bitter but it dries you up and if you take it early enough, it will knock it out and it did so it's fine for the wedding. we've gone to her for things like that ever since and we've also had acupuncture sessions with her and she's very good.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture may sound new to some, but the Chinese have practiced this form of alternative medicine for more than 2,000 years to relieve pain and treat a variety of conditions.

Acupuncture treatment is an ancient form of medicine and has a long track record of helping with a wide range of ailments from back pain to infertility.

Choosing an acupuncturist is similar to choosing other health care providers. Make sure the person has the training and experience to treat your condition and is someone with whom you're comfortable.

If the naturopath also has the MD credential then every plan will cover them. They choose to take insurance or not, all providers have to sign up with insurance plans for reimbursement. Unfortunately if they are a Doctor of Naturopathy, without other medical credentials you will have a difficult time finding coverage. An MD typically goes through 4 years of undergrad, 4 years of Medical school, 3 years of residency and then potentially 2 - 4 years of specialty training on top of that. Not many Naturopaths go through that type of education. MDs also have to work on cadavers, some other health care practitioners do this as well, but not many. Naturopaths offer valuable services. If you have a Naturopath MD in mind, then it is simple because they will have registered with insurance companies to accept payments. They will know what plans they accept payment from. As a pharmacist one of my classmates in addition to a doctorate in pharmacy also had a doctorate in that area. As a pharmacist we are also not covered by most insurance plans to have a "practice" reimbursement. We work on a fee-for-service basis or contract with specific plans or employers to offer their people our services. We work with individuals and provide their providers the information about our consults.

Some naturopaths, dieticians, pharmacists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists work within a physician practice - this is sometimes referred to as an integrated or integrative model. The fee for a naturopath is most often "fee for service."   I hope this helps, best of luck finding the practitioner you are seeking.

The place has gone into more and more things. They do more things now. They've been very good to us and we've gone to them for years for all kinds of stuff. All of them are extremely good. The person that they had at the acupuncture center is
Wilmington Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
Sloucum and she knows her stuff and she's been excellent. She hasn't done acupuncture on me but she has done it on my wife but she has prescribed an alternative medicine for me. She's qualified, trained and all that in what they do. We use them a lot. Her friendliness and her friendliness has just been parallel. They're really good. They really care about you. It's A all the way down.

If you are in need of an acupuncturist with energetic integrity you need not look any further.

and her husband Guang resonate the heritage and

of China and their work is no exception.
Wilmington Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
was recommended to me many years ago and I would never consider working with anyone else. She is a highly gifted, intuitive healer, as is her husband Guang. Upon arrival to the office she checks my pulse which is sometimes followed by a look at my

and her assessment has never failed to identify the inner workings of my being. When inserting the needles, intuitively, she knows just where to place them for the best release and opening
of the channels. After a treatment there is balance in my being; I am internally open as well as pain free.

I happen to love the office, which has no frills. It is bare bones yet carries the energy of their culture, their integrity, their simplicity and their healing. You will be in very safe hands here.

I have been visiting on and off for about 5-6 years. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He has been in practice for a long time and is very good at what he does. He is humble and will not pressure you into coming back if you do not need. He is a very nice guy. It is very easy to schedule appointments with him.

I really liked the office and the staff there, but at the end of the day the acupuncture plan that was put together for me was a little out of my reach financially. If cost were not a concern, I would have continued to visit. I would recommend this business.

First off, I was super impressed by the Doctor's patience when I called to schedule my appointment. I was curious as to what treatments there would be for someone in my position- pregnant with extreme symptoms from my seasonal allergies. He very slowly and thoroughly explained what the sessions would look like and the levels of treatments I'd be receiving.
When I entered the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well organized the front reception area was. The store has very large windows and high ceilings, allowing for maximum natural lighting and a sense of calm came over me. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor was able to see me immediately after I had checked in.
The patient room was clean and bright, and it was evident that all parts of the office was well maintained. Upon entering the patient room, the doctor asked me about my medical history and the symptoms that I was presenting at that time. He also asked about my current pregnancy and how I was doing thus far. He then explained the treatment and where the needles would be placed. Once that was completed, we moved to a patient bed and he began the needling. He was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Once he positioned all the needles, I was instructed to lie like that for at least the next thirty minutes. Once the time was up, he returned, removed the needles as quickly as he put them in, and I was done.
As soon as I left, my very runny and stuffy nose felt like it had opened up and I could breathe very easily again. I felt the pressure lift off of my sinuses and no longer felt like my head was stuck inside a bucket.
I would highly recommend visiting
Wilmington Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
as treatments are available for a variety of different problems. There is also a good selection of herbal
Wilmington Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
, soy based candles and different and unique Chinese herbal medicines that can be purchased after the session. The doctor can help you pick out which products will be most useful given your issues.

He's wonderful. I've never seen someone get so excited about making someone feel better. He's all-consumed about wanting his patients feel better. He works in the most natural ways to make the body feel better. He explains everything and works hard to make sure you're comfortable. I've even had him call me back himself to confirm an appointment -- he's that patient-oriented. He just does a good job. He has extensive knowledge on how the body functions.

I was very pleased for my first acupuncture experience. I originally went to
Wilmington Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
for neck pain and after my first visit, my neck pain was extremely reduced and continued to reduce in pain after follow up visits and completely resolved. The amazing part was that issues that I didn't even know I had begin to resolve. My digestion improved and I am able to now have a daily bowel movement. I'm sleeping more consistantly through out the night (even though my husband snores). I was also able to manage my stress levels more effectively. I have a pretty high stress and intense job and some days wasn't sure how I'd ever make it to the end of the day. Now I'm able to manage it so that it doesn't consume and drain me. That's a remarkable feeling.. to begin to feel like myself again. My husband even notices how happier I am.

If you're considering acupuncture or any alternative healing therapies. I'd trust in
Wilmington Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
. She also worked with me on how to eat for my body (what my body needs for healing on an individual level) and was able to prescribe me herbs to take on a daily basis to help. I continue to see her because it's a extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience and use her whenever I get a cold, for maintenance and health prevention.
