I was totally impressed with what he did.
My heat went out late yesterday afternoon, Sunday. I could have called the company then, but I had space heaters enough to keep the home warm. I called first thing Monday morning and a service tech was here by 1:00 PM. He was actually supposed to arrive by 12:30, but the office called at 12:45 to tell me he was running late. Wow, what service! Usually you are left wondering or having to call to make sure they were still coming. The service tech was polite and friendly and fixed the unit within 1.5 hours. When he was finished, he explained the problem, showed me the defective part, and cleaned up thoroughly after himself.
The past two times I used this company, the level of service was just as high. When you call in with a request for service, they take all your information and then tell you they will call back to schedule you. Within an hour, some one calls back with the window of time that the tech will show up. Prior to today, the tech has showed up within the time frame.
Because I am a repeat customer, the office bills me for the service. The past two service calls were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
The only reason I downgraded their score on responsiveness is that during the initial inquiry to get a quote, it took several calls before anyone returned my call. Once the call was given to

10 days later no part and no status calls from the company. I called the service tech that was at my house and he said I can not talk
to you, you must call the office manager instead. I called the office manager and he was not available, so I left a message.
2 days later, I called the company back, since he did not call me back. 1 day later, I called again leaving another message for him,
since he was theoretically not available to manage. I was never able to actually converse with this office manager to discuss the problem. The house was very hot and could not be lived in during this time frame.
I decided enough was enough and called another company to do the work. I called the receptionist / gate keeper at

This other highly rated company I hired, made the same diagnostic discovery, fixed it in a week(they keep this rare part in stock),
and did the job for HALF THE COST!!!
It pays to get more than one estimate, so you can save time, aggravation and money. Be careful with this, "pay up front charge,"
