It was a terrible experience.
First of all I had to beg them to come the week they said they would. They told me the week before "for sure Monday". On Monday they cancelled. They said it was supposed to rain the whole week. I said it was sunny at my house and not a lot of rain had been in on the weekend. I had other people coming to do work after they were finished so I was depending on their word to do the work so could keep the schedule with the other crews. They were afraid their truck would get stuck on my lawn. I told them the lawn was fine since it we didn't get much rain and it was Ok for them to drive on the grass. He threatened to charge me for a wrecker if his truck got stuck in my yard. I assured him it was OK but not to go against his instincts. He agreed to come on Tues between 8 and 9 am. At 9:20a on Tues I text him wondering if they were still coming and he text they would be there in an hour. So they showed up at 10:30a.
They do their work and cut a hole in my well shed roof like they told me they would when they did the estimate ($100 estimate). At the estimate they said it would be $1800-$2200. (I told him at the estimate that the price seemed so high but decided to do it if they could do it soon and hoped it was at the low end of the estimate).
When they finished the work with the truck they pulled the truck out straight up a small but steep part of a hill and put huge divots in my yard instead of pulling forward 20 feet and going up the hill on the flatter side to protect my yard. I was shocked when I saw him do it since I helped him clear stuff away from the front of the truck minutes before. I felt like it was vindictive, like he was angry that I begged them to come over and wanted to prove a point that the lawn was wet.
I tried to fix the divots in my yard with a sledge hammer as they were finishing to no avail. I was so upset feeling that he purposely screwed up my yard.
Then they hand me the bill $2750 (plus the $100 for the estimate). I was shocked but he said that was the cost of everything they used plus labor. I asked about the big hole they left in my roof and he said "We don't do roofs".
It cost me another $600 to get the roof fixed a few days later to protect all the electric and everything inside the shed from rain since the big hole was right over the electric.
I am very sad to say I was totally disappointed and felt violated. I assume the work they did was fine since they are several generations in the well business. They wrote their name and phone number huge across my new tank with a laundry marker to add salt to the wound!

In short, owner of this company installed an excellent variable
pump that failed because the piping leading to our house was too small.
This is something that could have been predicted before installing the
pump by digging a hole and visually inspecting the size of the pipe that
feeds the house (something they can also see upon installation if not
beforehand). However nothing was ever mentioned to us beforehand or
while they installed the pump. They should have warned us or told us the
variable speed (which cost almost $2000 more than a regular pump) was
not compatible with the piping to our home. This is an older house and
after having the pump ($4000 or little more) installed, 2 months later
it began to cycle off and on erratically and sometimes we had no water
after 60 seconds of running it. This issue persisted for almost a year
off-and-on with Mr.
attempting to adjust the controls at the
variable speed control box with no permanent resolution. Ultimately, we
had to call someone else in the area because
explained, "well you
don't need me to come out there to help you guys, you called someone
else, remember?" after I told him we asked for a second opinion. An
experienced local corrected the issue and took the variable speed off
and replaced the small holding tank with a large one. The exact same
set-up we had before
pitched us the variable speed pump with the
addition 30 ft of larger piping feeding the house which increased the
pressure of the water coming through the facet.

Called in the morning and they were there by lunch time. Spent a good 2 hours trying to determine the problem and it was the well pump itself. They took the time to show me the old pump and what was wrong with it and compared the old pump to thetpe they were putting in which should last for several years. I would recommend their service both professionally, quality and price.

I called
Magnolia Water Pump Services Provider Name Locked
based on a recommendation of our plumber when our well pump stopped working and we had no water coming into the house. I did not place the call until 5:45pm, after their normal work day. The owner answered and told me that he would have someone out the next day which was ok with me. A few minutes later he called me back and told me he had a crew on the way to try to fix it so we would have water that evening. They tried but were unable to remove the 30 year old pump because it was a tight fit and they needed a truck with a special winch. They said we would be their second call of the day the next day and would arrive at 10am and finish by 1pm and they gave me a quote for the cost. Having dealt with many types of contractors, I was skeptical but they showed up on time, finished on time and gave us a bill for $400 LESS that they quoted. The workers were very professional, thorough and neat - and pleasant to deal with! I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Can't believe they came out on Sunday!! They were here recently to fix another problem with our
water well and fixed it the next morning after we called. They are wonderful and keep the
homeowner advised each step of the process. Today I also learned where the reset button
is on our pump!!
We are very grateful for their prompt service -- water is so essential and they fixed us up
quickly and efficiently twice recently. I put down $127 for today but that was actually for
their last service. They will bill me for today and don't know how much it will be yet.

Technician was on time and professional. Explained issue and fixed problem on the spot. He answered all our questions. He took the time and didn't make us feel rushed even though it was after normal business hours.

We called them as soon as their office opened as we were without water. They sent several crew members out & had the tank replaced within six hours. They took away the old tank as well, which would have been a

The replacement of the pump and treatment of the well itself were fine. The reason I give this company such a bad rating is that it has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They NEVER return phone calls-- you just have to keep calling until you are lucky enough to catch them in the office, and they don't do what they say they are going to do unless you call them with a total emergency. We have a problematic well, and I can only conclude that this company actually did not want my business. That's fine, but I would much rather have had them simply tell me that they couldn't help me. It would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation.
