from T&S was very courteous and professional from start to finish. He arrived on a Saturday morning for a free estimate and we discussed" options. He gave a detailed description of the work required and provided a written estimate on the spot. I found the business to be extremely trustworthy. We received other competitive offers, but they were most worthy of our trust. Regularly reachable via phone or text, they were the most responsive of any vendor. We came to a mutual agreement on cost and the job was completed sooner than expected. T&S did a great job. Our driveway looks great and the entire job site was very clean. There was noticeable attention to detail, and I personally am very detail-oriented! I will use them again.

"My next-door neighbor and I agreed to have our separate driveways done today in order to receive a 10% discount. Yesterday evening, the company scheduler gave me" an arrival window of 11-2 today. The two person crew arrived at 11:40, introduced themselves and asked my neighbor and I to show them exactly what sidewalk areas we wanted done. They cleaned our areas with a gas-powered leaf blower, filled all the surface cracks in our sidewalk and spread the sealer. At all time they were polite, inter-active and fast. When they finished they taped off the sidewalks and driveway, packed up and left. The work they did, while still drying this evening, looks great. I plan to use this company in the years to come.

If the state requires a contractor's license, then he needs to have a license in each state he intends to work in - plus state/local business licenses as applicable.

This does not mean there are not a lot of contractors who cross state lines without proper licensing - the penalties in may cases are not real severe and are just a fine, not criminal, so many take the chance.

As you say - argh  - many contractors are not really businessmen and have zero legal education, so many people get burned.

we have used these folks 3 times in the past few years. first two experiences were top notch. this year the results were uneven and the driveway looked terrible. when I sent them a check I complained. soon after, the owner came by and we discussed. shortly after that, they came back and redid the job gratis. looks great and my faith in macfalane is still strong.

I have called him several times over the past 5 months. Now I have to assume he is not going to do it and I cant find anyone before winter that will do it. I am afraid that one more harsh winter the driveway will be ruined.

Went extremely well. Punctual, professional and superb work ethic. Honest and answered any and all questions.

Very well - did a great job of crack sealing, hand applied the waterproofing material so there was no mess.

Was very pleased with the quality of the job performed. Have previously used another contractor that I became dissatisfied with.

offered a good price, and very high quality. Materials used seemed superior to previous contractor, and the application was much more even and attractive. Will use again in the future form my driveway maintenance.

The project went very well. I sealed asphalt driveways while employed by a five-employee company in the summers when I was on break from college. So, this review will be very critical because I expected nothing short of a perfect job. The Loop crew showed up on the Firday morning they were schedule to do the job. They told me immediately that they wouldn't be able to seal my driveway that day due to the approaching rain storms. But they would prep the driveway today and finish it on Monday, i.e. the next work day. A team of two men began the prep work by using a weed eater to

the driveway. They used a big blower on wheels powered by a lawnmower-size engine to remove all of the debris from the surface. I could see an open flame under the pot of tar on their trailer. They used hot tar to seal the cracks, which was one of the main reasons I selected them as my provider. They sealed all of the big cracks with hot tar and were meticulous, going over them several times when necessary. Then, they packed up and left. Their prep work wasn't perfect; very good, but not perfect. Over the weekend, I used a big lawn edger on wheels with a blade, not a string, to cut a "V" in the turf along the

of my driveway and parking lot. I used a triangular-bladed hoe to remove the grass and soil from the "V". I wanted to expose the

of my asphalt driveway to be sealed along with the surface. I used my leaf blower to clear the debris. I purchased some crack filler from Lowe's and applied it to some of the cracks, which I thought might be too wide to be filled properly by the sealer, or were not filled completely enough by the tar to make them flush with the surface. A two-man crew returned as scheduled on Monday morning. They used their big blower again to clear the surface and backed a big truck up my driveway. The truck obviously had a big tank of sealer on it, also a gasoline powered pump to pump the sealer through a long hose, which ended in a six foot long pipe with a nozzle at the end. The nozzle could be adjusted to output an open flow of sealer, or a spray. They pumped a flow of sealer along the entrance to my garage and other areas requiring a high degree of detail, where overspray couldn't be tolerated. They then used a brush to spread out the sealer in those areas. After the edges were cut-in, they adjusted the nozzle and sprayed the sealer on the rest of my asphalt. The Loop crew did a beautiful job. They put caution tape across my driveway at the street and put their advertising sign in my yard. I received an invoice in the mail (net 15) for the agreed upon price a few days later. I sent my payment the same day and was happy to do so. Spraying the sealer doesn't cover small cracks as well as when the sealer is spread with a brush. So after a few days, used a little more of my store bought crack filler to seal the little cracks that the spray didn't fill. End result: Perfect Job! I highly recommend

Filled and torched cracks, and seal-coated large driveway. Took their time and did a excellent job. I will use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

I called before they were to come out to go over a change in the design..no one came out. On arrival day of the job it was a long discussion about the changes, which couldve been avoided if they came out beforehand like they were suppose to. At the conclusion of the job I paid promptly. After a 2 month period we noticed in areas our driveway that is sinking. When it rains there are large puddles. We called numerous times,my husband actually went into the office with pictures which he gave to the secretary, and I have emailed 3 times......Secretary promises they will call back...no return calls...my emails are answered with someone will come out..no one shows, and another time I was told we are on a list they will get to. At this time there has been no communication from

and it has been 2 months worth of calling, and emails...nothing! The 2 year warranty comes with their work....
