"They're high-priced. That's where my frustration is. They can work with you. The rates were smaller than what they are now. They're outrageous. I've" been with them for a little over 3 years. I wanted an upgrade but they said I already have everything. I said that I don't need all those channels. I wanted the lower rate but I still want the same quality of the TV. I can't get it because I'm not a new participant. I had to leave, go somewhere else and come back again. I've been with them for years, so why shouldn't I be able to get the same service as what new people are getting?

After being a customer for 5 years plus and never missing a payment I thought he would give me a break. The late fee was only a couple of dollars but I was just unhappy that they would not help me since I was out of town and had a legiment reason on why I missed the payment, I then Asked to be transferred to a supervisor and he refused to transferr me so i decided to cancel all services with this company.

I have absolutely had it with these people. We moved down to SWFL about a year ago and they have been nothing but a problem.
No one informed me of extra charges on my first bill, so they had to credit me back those after, days of fighting. Next there were third party charges to my bill. They couldn't even explain those! Then I moved my service to my new home and the "one-time" fee that was never quoted to me in the first place showed up on my SECOND bill at the new house. I thought it was just an error, so I paid the current amount due and was waiting for it to fix itself. Well, guess what? I was on vacation and received an email from

saying that my service request was complete. Service request? I requested nothing. Come to find out they stopped my long distance service (I can't even dial an 800 number now) was cut off for non payment even though I've been paying the full current amount due every month. I'm now waiting for the 4th level of escalation to return my call. They haven't and I doubt they will. Apparently, they are the only game in town so they feel free to over-charge at will.

, FL, but it looks like I will have to cancel my service with these people and file and FCC complain. They are completely unscrupulous! I was told by a top supervisor that my bill would never exceed $66/month with my service options - I have her name and badge number - but in reality it has never been that low and it goes up every month even though I have unlimited long distance and no other fluctuating costs.

I love that they give us customer appreciation things like dinner/movie certificates where they give you a free OnDemand movie and a gift card for $15.00 to buy "dinner". Nice touch that makes me want to stay with them and the service is high quality so I want to stay with them anyway.

They are really outstandingly terrible. It must have been three or four years ago, I and wanted their services renewed. That's when we had the computer in a data cable line. We went wireless. When I called to get it done, the guy was up here for some other reason. He just the called the office and said, "There's nothing, just disconnect this other line." They said it was much easier if I had both lines in my names since one line was in my husband's name. I was okay with that, but then they cancelled the whole contract. They went through all the contracts and all the breaks that I was having in the first place were cut out. I wrote to them because it was very high. Anybody I would call would say they'd call back. I never got any satisfaction.

Whenever I called them, he had to come back and tell the whole story all over again. I finally wound out. I kept deducting the amount of what the other charge was. Since I installed this number which was given to me some 30 years ago, they've had it unpublished. I can't cut them off. I wrote to them and we came to a conclusion and we paid it off. That must have been two years ago. The billing has never changed and it's still got the over billing on it. It still has the unlisted number and there is no kind of relief and now they charge me $5 a month for late fee payment.

These people are a monopoly. I want to change it except that here, the rest are not any better so for now I am keeping them. That is terrible. I don't know how these people stay in business. When you call them, the music plays forever and there are a lot of ads going on. After that, you get a menu after menu after menu. I don't mind a certain amount of those but when it goes on and o it gets crazy. Who has time to write to them when they don't behave themselves.

Their price is reasonable. we've been using them since we got to this house for thirty years so we've been with them for a long time. We are satisfied with them. Their price is over $100. I don't know what anyone else charges. I think the quality of their service is very good. Their responsiveness is very good, but I haven't had to contact them in quite a while. I will be using them again.

One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. You can't get a straight answer out of them. The sorriest thing I did was go to the storefront and ask questions at the storefront, because they have no clue. I have let my bill run the way it has been running and they are overcharging me by, like, $50 monthly. I was supposed to be in a package where I got two things for $50. For $100 per month I should have triple play. I could care less if I disconnect from them and never see them again.

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and professional. She resolved my service issue quite easily and promptly. I was expecting to have to agree to an in-person service call, but the rep quickly assessed the problem over the phone and provided clear-cut instructions in the resolution process. The initial installation took longer than I would have expected, but the provider was courteous and helpful, and got services up and running. My concerns have to do with the subsequent trouble in reaching a human being for service concerns, and the increasing rates. I also had a billing problem.

They're horrible. Cost, quality, customer service...all horrible. I've spent hours on the phone, dealt with being hung up on, and had my services disconnected for no reason. The cost is triple what I paid in Atlanta, and the service is very slow. The techs they use are all subcontractors instead of trained employees. The last two years I've been with them have been terrible on every front and need that I've had, and they're unfortunately my only option for service in my area.
