Rainey and all the staff at
are great. I went in at evening shortly before closing.
" took me for a test drive, and someone looked over my car for a trade in value. I liked the car and signed a tentative deal, pending my return the next day to look it over in the day time and drive it on the interstate. I showed up and
handed me the keys and let me take the car on my own. I returned, anxious to buy, because the car was a one owner car, one year old model, low miles and a clean car-fax report and was priced thousands "below"
book value. They offered me several hundred dollars over book value for my low mileage one owner trade in too.
had the oil changed and the car washed and cleaned. She arranged for a locksmith to recover the factory code for the keyless entry system and program my own personal code. When I asked about a cargo area cover, (looks like a window shade, you pull it out to cover cargo and retract it when you don't need it.)
looked into it. Turns out it was an accessory that cost $109.00.
got me one. No charge. Every concern, question, was addressed and resolved. I have purchased new cars from big name dealers in the past and they have been rude, condescending, etc. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I know, we all dread it, but sometimes it is necessary and if you find yourself at that point, I highly recommend
of Pensacola, FL. and ask for
Rainey, she is the best. They also give you a nice apple strudel cake too.

"I brought my van to
's because the transmission was slipping. They said they would look for the problem and replace the filter and" fluid. When I came in to pick it up, they didn't mention the slipping, so I asked. The mechanic got a "deer in the headlights" look and then said he didn't see anything wrong. There were some metal fines in the
but he said that this was normal for the first fluid change. After a few days, the transmission started slipping again. They checked the diagnostic codes and said the transmission needs either a complete overhaul or replacement. When I asked why they charged me almost $400 to change the fluid and filter on a transmission that needs replacement, he first tried to tell me that he had told me of the problem at the time (he did not). Then he said he read the codes the first time (he did not). Then he admitted that he didn't remember what he did. The final point is that he is not willing to work with me on this unnecessary maintenance. He wants $3000 to replace the transmission.

For sale, here is another answer I previously gave to same type question -

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

Car Sales reviews in Dayville

They are excellent and they also offer a senior discount which is nice. With the hybrid car I have, I want to make sure the person who does them maintenance knows what they are doing. The dealership was close by and easy to access. We liked how they dealt with people when they were purchasing their vehicles. It took about 2 or 3 hours to complete the purchasing the car and their pricing is within range of everyone else.

Great prices. Friendly & Helpful. Tried to talk me out of buying the car and explained why i didn't need it. Which is good I guess. They all appeared to enjoy what they were doing.
I didn't have a hard time getting a hold of the owner when I needed too, but it is just odd...no hours posted on their doors, no hours mentioned on their answering machine. They are located a few miles outside of town and I had to make 3 trips before I actually lucked into meeting Mr.

. They need to post some office hours..thats just my opinion...that's the only thing i can fuss about.

's son agreed with me on that.
Anyway, I bet this is the best buy I've ever made when buying a used car. They will get my business again. I've already sent 2 friends there. One bought a truck..

Excellent process, and set up care and repair by crews hired by

Listening to what we were looking for in a new vehicle was obvious when we connected with
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. His follow-up with us while we continued our
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
kept us engaged but was not pushy, over-the-top or offensive. When we decided to make our purchase from
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
worked around our work schedules and my business travels to make certain we had plenty of time to make our purchase and inspect our new vehicle. Even at the last minute when we wanted to test drive 2 other models,
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
was patient and accommodating.... like he had all the time in the world. Follow-up service has been fairly easy to schedule but I do miss the Saturday service option with a prior dealer. I know that I am not required to return to the dealer I purchased the vehicle from to obtain service but there is a loyalty I feel, especially after such a positive sales experience that they should get the revenue from the service as well.

They are about a half hour away from us and the only reason we
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
’t use them a lot is the distance from our house. As far as when they sold the car to us, it was very straightforward and we were very satisfied. The back door handle wasn’t quite right and they took it in and fixed it, and they didn’t charge us for that. I appreciated that.

I have been taking my car here since I purchased it about a year ago. They are very efficient. They get you in and out. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The facility is clean.

We bought an SUV that we knew needed some work (estimated $600) when we bought it. We were willing to put that much into it. In less than one week of owning the vehicle, we found that it requires $2500 worth of repairs JUST TO BE SAFE ENOUGH TO DRIVE FROM THE MECHANIC TO HOME.
We contacted the seller,
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
to inform them of these costs and our expectation for some kind of assistance. We were LITERALLY hung up on. Twice. We were told that the car issues were "not our problem" "your fault" and that "maybe we shouldn't have purchased the car".
It is unheard of to hang up on a customer. It is insane that they were so unwilling to assist in less than one week and less than 200 total miles since owning the car.
This place is a RACKET. DO NOT buy a car from "

Worst dealership I have ever used, and they didn't used to be. My family has trusted them for years and purchased 7 cars from them. Something has changed in the last two years, especially with service since
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
is no longer there. Yesterday my wife was in a minor accident that could have been far more serious if it wasn't for a snow bank and guard rail.
Dayville Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
hasn't been bothering to keep us up to date on the status of the tires and they were bald. We take it in for oil changes regularly a day were relying on them to watch the tires, especially since we bought them from them. In addition, both my mother and sister have had issues with the service department. They used to care about their customers and really believed in the Chrysler 5-star dealer program and now they couldn't care less. I will NEVER return to them for anything.
