we've lived in Hunter's Point for the past 3 years; it has been wonderful. We 110% recommend stopping in and visiting the apartment models and discussing the community. Worth your trip.
Zionsville schools, downtown Main Street and all of the local shops and eateries are just seconds away! Close to everything, Carmel, Indianapolis, downtown.....perfect safe community for you!
The staff is what we will miss the most; so helpful and the maintenance staff are AWESOME!!

, Florida advertises that it is a luxury living apartment community. It is NOT a luxury living community. The administrative building is nicely furnished, decorated and up to date. The apartments are not up to date. They don't even have microwave ovens. We found the community very loud with a frat house ambiance. We could hear every video game and TV program played in the apartment below us. We could hear every washing machine cycle ran above us. We could hear the band playing loudly behind
's Sport Café on most Friday evenings from 8pm - 11pm. We could hear the Publix Grocery delivery trucks (diesel) idling at 3am as they waited to make a delivery, not 100 yards from our building. A motorcycle would pull in every night at 10:30 pm and gun the engine several times before killing the engine. The floors and ceilings can't have much concrete or insulation between them. An unusual number of vehicles had loud bass amplified stereos playing while entering and exiting the community. The apartment maintenance team was good. They responded to complaints quickly and took care of any reported problems. Personally, there was too much noise throughout the day and night for us to tolerate.

We were told it would take 2 weeks for the kitchen cabinets & vanity for bathroom to come in but while they were waiting for them they would come in & do all the other work so when the cabinets came in they could just install them. They estimated the "total" construction time would be a week or 2 at the most once the cabinets were in. Sent 3 different people, on three different occasions to measure the kitchen3 to measure the kitchen which is only about 6' x 14'. Contractors which never worked more than 6 hours a day if they worked that many, start project. The day they were to hang ALL the dry wall in the kitchen (that was measured 3 times) do not bring enough dry wall to complete. Which by now my refrigerator is in the dining room, the

can't be used & they had taken out my kitchen counter & sink. Oddly enough we now find out the cabinets "didn't come in" so another 2 weeks for that. I believe the vanity for the bathroom may have come in which was much smaller than the one they took out leaving a space of about 5" between the vanity & the wall. I get a call at work, they now need to paint the bathroom do I mind if they use the same paint that was being used in the kitchen. Meanwhile they completed the room under neath the kitchen which was basically replacing the ceiling. Cabinets come in & get installed except for some cosmetic things. About a week or so goes by & we have water running out of the ceiling of the room underneath the kitchen. They come out & tear down ceiling to find they had stapled the new floor board to the pipe. "Since you have already had to tear down the ceiling maybe we should replace both pipes", He advised no he felt the other one & didn't feel anything wrong with it. I even offered to pay for the piece of pipe. Air Mover Fans back in to dry out so the ceiling can be replaced. Ceiling replaced & repainted. Couple weeks later other pipe starts leaking due to being stapled. Air movers again, replace ceiling again. This winter pipes froze solid, friends help us tear down ceiling to find the insulation put in by

's was placed on top of pipes trapping the cold air from storage room against the pipes, should have been under the pipes to draw from warm air in kitchen. Now have my kitchen floor tile coming up & cracking. It looks like nails or staples may be popping up under the tile. Ins co sent Ducksteins back to resolve issues, they were here last week & are supposed to get back to us. We will see.

Currently live here, however will likely be moving out after current contract is up as I had a steep rent increase of over $250 per month, and will have another larger increase next year.. I have been here for four years now and my yearly rent increases prior where very low.
On a positive note, the staff has always been courteous and helpful. It is nice to always be greeted with a smile when you enter the office. Whenever I have needed maintenance they have been quick to respond and have always fixed the problem. Again with a smile. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. I have really enjoyed living here, just not happy about the large rent hike.

When I finally spoke to corporate on the phone she said no they was not paying anything & yes I had to pay the prorated amount even though it is over what I would have had to only pay if I had just moved on & that if I wasn't happy I could find somewhere else to move.

This company is the absolute worst to rent a home through. I would never ever recommend anyone use this company. From the day we called to request a showing of a home they had for rent, we have had attitude and problems. The landlord had her own FOR RENT sign in the yard. We called the number and she told us that it was being handled through this rental company. We called and asked to see the house. They were very unprofessional and told us that they didn't have time to show it. I then called the landlord back and explained to her that no one had the time to show us the house, nor did they seem interested in ever showing it. After speaking with the landlord, we received a call about an hour later to set up an appointment. We went to see the house later that day. The realtor

, seemed very rushed and annoyed. She didn't even show us the house, she just let us walk around. We had questions about the home and the schools, etc. She had no idea of any details on the house. After all of that, we did decide we liked the house. We have been renting for a little over a year now, and mostly everything we needed taken care of had been done...until recently. The house was not in pristine condition. It used to be a college rental(because we live in a college town), but is now a single family home. The state of the bathrooms are not the best. The towel rack in the upstairs bathroom was put on with spackle not screws, the wallpaper in that room is coming off the walls. As for the professionalism of this company, it is seriously lacking. They have no concept of Tenant rights. They give notice through emails, so if you don't check your email regularly, you may get a surprise visit you weren't aware of. When they do come to the house, they knock as they are walking in. So, if you don't keep your doors locked 24/7, they think that they can just walk right in. I have explained to them many times that they are not permitted to just walk in my home whenever they feel like it, but unfortunately they don't listen. They treat my husband and I as if we are 19 year old college students, because we are in a college town. But I am not, I am a married mother of two boys, and I will stand up for myself.
