I do work with subcontractors for items such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC that require specialty liscencing in the State of CT. I am a registered business with the State and I do hold a current HIC liscence. I also offer Construction Management services to homeowners who are interested in building new homes or just looking to add on additions. This includes financial, project, and scheduling guidance and controls throughout the project in order to reduce the stress load on the owner. I manage the project and become the single point of contact for the owner. I offer %10 discounts to Angieslist.com members on all projects over $100. Estimates are free and there are no initial service or trip charges.
