"They know me by name so that's kind of nice. They basically communicate through instructions that are left on the prescriptions so I don't really talk all that much to the" pharmacist. It's just the instructions clearly written out for the prescription you're taking and you also get like the physician's best reference portion of it, so you know exactly what you're taking and what it's for and what kind of side effects you could have and all of that sort of thing.

"My doctor prescribed the generic version of Percocet for my fibromyalgia, and someone there called the police to arrest me for a DUI as I was leaving to go to church one morning. I" had to spend the night in jail. I'm 72 years old. I got a DUI ticket and I had to pay $620 to get my car back, and I had to hire a lawyer. I don't even take as much as I'm prescribed. I will avoid CVS from now on. My doctor is writing a letter for my case. She's a very professional and qualified doctor.

They are awesome because they knew my folks and they know me. They are really good and professional. They filled my orders when I really called up and it was crazy when I didn't think I'd ordered and they were patient and understanding. They try to help me find something cheaper and they are very helpful in trying to find prices.

When he's there, the pharmacist, the man has actually called me a couple of times after I got a new prescription to see how it was going. He's amazing. There are other pharmacists there but he's been there a long time. I like the service I get from them. They're very nice over there. I'm very happy with it. The prices are fair. I have not had a bad experience.

I have visited once so far. Her prescription is very hard to get but they can always get the prescription for us. They are very efficient. The prescription comes with a discount card and they were happy to honor the discount for the prescription. They walked me through how to use the discount and get the prescription as I need. They are great and I am excited to have found them.

’t think we ever had a problem with them. I guess the only thing about their customer service would be that it’s frustrating to get the extra questions at the checkout. They ask me extra questions at checkout.

Their customer service is good. They have a lady in the cosmetic area who knows everything. They keep in touch with me via email and phone and inform me if my prescriptions are ready. They are not open on Sundays. Others are open 24/7 a week.

They are very knowledgeable, very accommodating, very professional and very polite. I think they are one of the nicest pharmacies I've ever dealt with. They are very much on the lookout for medicines that interact with each other. They are aware. If we tell them that one particular generic brand did not work for us, they work very hard at trying to find another generic brand that would be better for us. They

’t give us a hard time about it. They understand that not all generic brands work the same way. They work really hard at trying to find the medications that are appropriate for us. They have convenient hours for the customers in the drive-in window. They just have a really accommodating staff that's very people oriented.

not work and medication you can get at drug store works better. Their phone system does not work and their address is incomplete and nondeliverable. Once they have your money they never want to hear from you again. They charge a monthly fee until you shut it off. Not a valid company.
