Service was A++ from beginning to end. I received an email within a few hours of requesting service, and
called me the next morning. He gave me an estimate and said he'd gather the documentation at the court house and stop by to see the property, all on his own dime. He came back the next day with his crew and did the job quickly and efficiently. Stakes are easy to find in my wooded property, and backed up with metal rods so I'll always be able to find them. Final bill was exactly as estimated, and I know from checking several other surveyors that
's price was fair. I would most definitely use
again!

Needed the property boundaries verified before a major landscaping and fencing project. Called
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
and he was able to come out in about a week.
Arrived on time and found the original iron pins at the boundary points that I could not locate, which indicated about a 4' error in what I assumed were the property lines. He verified the pin locations based on the plat and then put intermediate marking posts along the two sides in question to establish the boundaries for the other contractors.
Fast, reliable, and best price for this work.

I've been with Angie since almost the beginning of the service, here and in Ohio, and in my personal opinion I've never met a more un-professional or disorganized firm. My first contact with this outfit was three or more months ago, and with two or three phone calls I obtained a quote from the owner for a survey of my parent's property in the heart of Roseville. (This is a typical suburban house on a larger-than-average corner lot where the back quarter of it is wooded; the firm was informed of this at the time.)
No appointment was made, they simply said they'd do the work when they were in the area. My only request was to be there when the work was done, so that I could walk the borders with them. This should not have been difficult, as I work from the house, and only have appointments on my schedule quite rarely.
At least one or two follow-up calls happened next, with assurances that the work would be done. Some unknown weeks later I got a call indicating that they wanted to do the work either that day or the next (I no longer recall); unfortunately I had two other things going at their preferred time, so I requested another date. There were repeated calls over subsequent weeks, often leaving messages, with at least one assurance from

that the work would be done. Eventually I reached
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
, who said he was idle at another site and would come over to start immediately. That was fine by me. My guess is this was two months or more after my first contact.
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
did arrive shortly. While his card listed his title as Vice President his appearance was slovenly and his manner unpolished. (In hindsight this was a symptom of a bigger problem.) He began work. After an hour or so I checked with him, and in conversation he did seem to know what he was about. He had marked two front points quite easily. He wrapped up and left a bit later, telling me both that
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
would have to check on how to handle this situation, and that he was called back to the other site. I found the pair of reasons odd, in that either one would have been acceptable but that both seemed like making excuses.
More follow-up calls happened over subsequent weeks, with again at least one assurance from
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
and
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
that the work would be done. Then, three or more months after the process began, and just a few days after his last assurance to me, I had a message from
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
telling me that they were in essence declining the job. Reasons cited included their workload and the fact that this particular job required substantially more research than is typical.
In my opinion, three or four months is more than ample time to fit any one-day job into your workload, if in fact you are capable of scheduling anything. It appears to me that this firm is not. Worse is the idea that they don't want the job because they didn't bid it properly (i.e. it needs more research than they expected). One suspects the truth is that they simply didn't want to deal with the scrubby woods at the back of the lot.
In sum, three to four months have gone by and I've had more excuses and promises from this firm than anything else. The behavior of this firm is in my opinion incompetent, unprofessional, untrustworthy, and at least possibly lazy.

Initially sent a message through Angie's List on 7/14/2014 explaining what we wanted done along with lot information for our subdivision and requested a quote. First response was to say that they were researching the information. Second contact was to give an estimate and requested a retainer fee (1/2 of survey services) with an indication that once received, they would work on scheduling. Next information was to suggest a time and date, which I later agreed to. On 7/21/2014 they said that they should arrive around 9:30 AM. They arrived 15 minutes early. After introductions, we walked around the property to confirm what was going to take place. They then went to work and before I knew it, they were done. Extremely nice and professional. They placed a number of markers to easily identify where the property lines were. They also left a survey map of the subdivision and marked where they placed the markers. We also walked the property to confirm what they had done and to determine if there were any questions? Very satisfied with how quickly they responded to our initial request and to the time they responded and completed the work. I would recommend them to anyone that has a need for their services.

Working with
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
was a great experience! I have never had a survey done before and was not sure what to expect. The team from
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
was professional and prompt. I was at the property during the survey and was able to watch their careful meticulous approach to measuring EVRYTHING. I was impressed when the lead surveyor referred to certain distances in 16ths of an inch. I had a PDF of my plat in two days and received 8 1/2" x 11" copies of my plat of survey in the mail by the third day. A great crew to work with. I will definitely be using them again.

When I initially contacted
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
(aka
Pueblo Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
), he gave me a quote of $350 over the phone. Then when I called back a week later to hire him, he said he would do more research and get back to me(which he never did). So I guess his phone estimate the first time wasn't really an estimate or an offer of business. It's a game to him. His customer service and professionalism is very poor. I would never do business with him in the future and certainly would not recommend him to anyone. Thus the review to let others know.
