We are well versed on how to deal with insurance companies and make successful projects. We offer Fire, and Hail restoration services that are unmatched by our competitors. We offer a negotiated contract process similar to commercial construction where we assume the liability for quality and cost vs. the owner assuming the liability. Negotiated means that we walk it every step of the way before there is even a price for the project starting with meeting the claims adjuster for the assessment of the property damage. The negotiated contracting process allows us to also do negotiated contracts with our sub-contractors. The end result is an uncompromised quality of work and integrity.
