It felt like pretty much of a nightmare from start to finish.
understood our time constraints and said they could meet this time parameter, with perhaps a "little finish-up" work on Saturday of that week. I even spent the whole week helping out with trips to the store to get them any extra needed supplies. What I ended up with on Friday night of that week was a total mess -- the
& microwave were not in place or useable, none of the bathrooms were useable, the drywall finishing (which the owner did credit us back for) was remarkably poorly done, and had to be redone by another company. The clean-up was pretty mediocre. The project ended up taking a full additional week, and a lot of the "finish" details were left undone. After they were done and gone, I had to complain to the company to even get the owner to come back and remove construction debris he had offered to remove when the job was complete. The owner was apologetic, and said it was just a multitude of bad circumstances. The only reason I'm offering to give them a "C" rating instead of and "F" was that the owner did say a number of times that he was sorry, and did credit back $500.00 off of the final $8,000.00 charges. Guess it's best not to give remodeling work to a

Reason for Service: We just had custom closets and pantry shelving installed and found we had an issue where the opening to the closet in our daughters room was not wide enough to reach all the way back into the closet. The closet is a two panel wide opening, but went back 3 feet on each side past the opening into the abyss. We also found that in the his and her master closets and the pantry that the doors now banged into the new shelving and limited the available space.
came out to orginally quote on widening the closet in our daughters room. While we were discussing it, I mentioned the issues we now had with the other doors and that I was thinking about looking into the barn doors. We were also discussing that there was no linen closet upstairs ( 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but no linen closet, crazy!).
had fantastic ideas for both issues, he suggested putting in a linen closet in a nook outside my daughters room, and pushing into her closet a bit, which would also help to reach that end. The showed me picture of barn door he had just built, for another clients. I was excited about the ideas he had.
The Job: After discussing the quote with my husband and doing a little research on the barn doors and the cost to make them or the kits even. We found
's quote to be very very reasonable. We called him back put half down and he started about a week later.
was very open and upfront communicating the times when he would be onsite and what tasks he expected to complete. The barn doors were custom made out of maple to match existing wood work.
also explaind that for the closet build out and the linen closet they would retesture the whole wall not sju fill in, he wanted to make sure it had a complet look and not patchy. The jobs site was very well kept, never messy, and they always cleaned up after themselves. The project took about 3 weeks total for the closet widening, linen closet install, the build and install of the custom barn doors. This included some unfortunate tiem away due to sickness and personal issues with one of
's team, which
always communicated promptly.
The End Result: We love the work, the doors all done in maple and stained to match some existing wood work are beautiful. On the panty door we added the option for etched glass middle with the word Pantry running down the front, the glass surrounded in the maple frame stained to match our existing cabniets. It is truely on of my favorites things about our house. The closet widening and linen addition work looks flawless you would never know it was an addition, it looks as if it was part of the orginal build. We would recommend
to anyone and would look to hire him again in the future. They did a fantastic job.

Overall experience was very dissapointing! This Company and their employees do not value customers. The employees at this Company were more interested in talking to each other, texting and eating we were lucky to get a hello. They seemed bothered by our presence. We also looked at many display doors in show room and they seemed like seconds all seemed to be damaged although when we asked about some cracks etc... that we saw in doors they assured us there was nothing wrong. We knew we were looking at sub-par doors and didnt appreciate being lied to. We left and will not return but will be sure to tell anyone who asks about the negative experience we had.

Installation team were great. However, glass in front door sliding down due to gaskets not being installed by maker of door. Of course we had to have the doors stained which this has ruined. To fix they need to remove the glass to install gaskets...but won't do anything about refinishing the door. One recommendation was to leave as is without the gaskets...doesn't sound like a professionial solution to flaw in the door. Clearly they are not standing behind product they are selling. I would think a top line company would want to have gasket installed and repair any damage the fix caused (re-staining the door).

Very disappointed with attitude and unwillingness to stand behind product they are selling. I should not the other door we had installed at the same time is working fine. However, it is a different maker and type of door.

The owner came to give me a complete, detailed estimate. He faxed me a detailed list of repair tasks which we had gone over, with prices next to each line item (about 30 in all), gave me a detailed list of materials, which I purchased in order to save a 30% markup, but they picked up. They did an excellent job, completed it on time, and returned for completing a "punch" list of remaining items. The workers were professional and clean and worked very hard.

We are doing some remodeling and wanted fiber glass doors but weren't finding what we wanted at the "box" stores. I called
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
& Door Center and spoke with
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
, who gave me an idea of the doors they carry, sizes, etc. My husband and I stopped in without an appointment but it was no problem.
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
took us into the showroom and showed us the manufacturers and differences. We saw what we wanted almost immediately -- it even had the style of leaded glass in it that we wanted.
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
worked with us to order the door and sidelite, and gave us catalogues to take home to look at to pick the back door and sky lights (we didn't know the sizes for these). The only unsettling thing was that I had talked to
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
about the additional items one day, and when my husband called back the next to place the order,
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
was no longer with the company. But
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
had worked with him on the original order and took care of the additional items we wanted. There was one slight miscommunication about delivery, but it was quickly handled and there was no inconvenience. We recommended them to our contractor who in turn has recommended them to their customers.

The contractor arrived and discussed all of our choices and provided multiple options. We have a glass back door and decided to go through an outside wall for the dogs and cats to access fenced back yard. The work was finished in a a few hours with a quality pet door that does not allow too much heat/cold to enter the house. Everything was cleaned up and the dogs/cats have been using the door since August. Overall, we are extremely happy with the door and service.

As a remodel, there will always be gotchas. We had a gotcha but
Parker Door Installers Provider Name Locked
at Accurate made sure the issues were resolved and they completed the work. The install team

was dedicated to making us happy and we are. The bid was higher than the other guys but i'm certain the other guys would have asked for extra cost.
