Business Description: Sapphire Commercial LLC provides affordable quality property services such as; painting, maintenance, lawn and grounds care, curb appeal services, and fence and deck maintenance and repair. We have two full time employees and three part time employees. We proudly employ semi-retired or retired trades workers, females, and minorities. We are an equal opportunity company that feels the right person for the task is not hindered by age, sex or race. We do not use sub-contractors unless the customer requests we do. We are licensed to operate a business in the state of Colorado, and are fully insured. Our trade does not require specific licensure from the state as we are not electricians, exterminators, nor plumbers. We do not perform any work requiring a license, but we can refer work to licensed electricians and plumbers when we see such services are required. Most maintenance items do not require a licensed tradesman, and we know when a license is required. We offer a 10% discount to Angie's List members, do not charge trip fees for our work, and repeat customers will always get an additional discount. We offer additional payment discounts for some of our services. Our quotes are free, but if the customer would like a free estimate and they are outside of a 75 mile radius from 80537 they may be asked to wait a couple days until we have a trip scheduled into their area.
