Window Replacement Reviews in Lakewood

They were a little slow in getting back to after my first contact. After that the guy who came out to bid was Great!
I gave them the part for the hanging windows. When he came back and fixed the broken ones he told me they sent the wrong
part with him (for the hanging windows) and it would be probably another month.
A month later he came back and completed the job.
The window repair guy was really great, the company may be to busy. I have used other window companies that are much
quicker. (Two months total time)

We have been very pleased with our entire experience with
from our inital estimate through the installation of our new windows. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, and professional everything was completed for us ahead of the original timeframe we were given. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Window Replacement reviews in Lakewood

I first started with this company through an Angie's list deal and have been very pleased with the result. My kitchen is now warm and the windows are easy to clean. A huge improvement.

Salesperson was personable and thorough and installation crew did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Didn't have a mess in the house. Office personal was polite and answered questions appopriately before and after work was done

I called and made an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate; the lady on the phone was very professional and courteous and we set a time and date for the following week. She said that a fellow named
Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
would be providing the estimate.

Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
never called and never showed for the estimate. This utter lack of professionalism and respect for my time has

me to give

a failing grade.

Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
called late the following day (after the missed appointment) to explain that the scheduling software had malfunctioned and that he would like to reschedule; I am uninterested.

I went with "
Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
" for my new windows. The process was explained to me how it all worked. The installers came out and measured the windows, the windows were ordered and when the windows were ready they would call and set up a time to install them. I, unfortunately couldn't take their first available appointment and had to postpone the installation for a week. The installers were very gracious and didn't get upset that I couldn't do it when they were first available. So many businesses are just push, push, push, more, more, more! Anyway, I was told it was a 2 day project, that they would be there at 9:00 and that's exactly how it went down. They worked very diligently! I absolutely love my new windows, I've noticed there's less outside noise, my air conditioner isn't running constantly, the times I've been able to open the windows up, they feel very sturdy and slide with ease, I can hardly wait for autumn to open up all the windows more often. The windows look very nice from the inside and the outside! The warranty is lifetime, transferable and the windows are made right here in Colorado. Everyone I dealt with in this company was a pleasure to deal with from the first girl that Saturday to the last woman,

, who brought the warranty over after the installation was complete!

This may have been the worst customer service experience of my life. The salesman who arrived to give me an estimate was rude, unprofessional, and insulting. I understand that the windows may be very good, but I will never purchase any from this company after the was I as treated. The salesman arrived late because he had written down the wrong address. Once he arrived, we sat in my dining room to discuss why I requested the visit. I explained that I planned to purchase about 20 windows and two sliding glass doors for my home over the next five years. In order to budget, I wanted an estimate on the cost and timing. I also wanted to see what types of windows were available and most cost efficient for me. He first asked me how much I thought windows for my home might cost. I guessed between $5,000 and $10,000, not including the sliding doors. The salesman actually scoffed and told me I was "way low." I felt insulted and demeaned. I do not know how much windows and installation cost, which is why I had asked for an estimate. I though between $250 and $500 per window seemed reasonable. Rather than walking me through the pricing, I was only demeaned in my own home. When I said that was out of my price range now, but I wanted to know what other options I might have, the salesman said "why do you even want an estimate if you aren't planning to purchase today?" As I tried to answer, he spoke over me and told me why that didn't make sense to even get an estimate. At that point I asked him to leave. He stormed out and slammed my front door when he left. If he were an employee for my company, he would be sternly reprimanded and required to apologize if not simply terminated on the spot. If this had been an isolated event, I may not have written this report. Unfortuntately, the appointment stemmed from my attendance at the Colorado Home and Garden Show. At that event, I had been speaking to a salesmand who I told that I was trying to make a five year plan. He lost interest immediately. But worse, when I was talking to another salesman, the first said "don't bother with him, he isn't looking to buy anything right now." I was stunned and left immediately, without finishing my conversation. I would not have made an appointment if not for the effort of one of the managers, Nick Bonban, who kinly tracked me down and apologized for the salesmans' actions. That convinced me to accept the appointment when contacted a few weeks later. Unfortunately, that second

ended disasterously. I will say the customer service rep who made a followup call was very kind. Even without seeing the quality of the windows, which sound terrific, I cannot urge anyone else to do anything but find another company for windows.

Went very well. Salesman came, was pleasant, well informed, helpful. Installer was pleasant and efficient. He did a an excellent job. I don't know how he managed to get the old windows out without breaking glass, but he did. When we had some windows installed by a different company there were shards all over, big mess. This man laid nice even grout, He was on tiime, worked quietly (as possible) all day, even vacuumed around the windows and screens, carried away all the debris, then showed me how to work the windows and screens. I am very pleased.

I waited 70 days for the installation and had to call the company 4 times. When they finally appeared, it took about 10 min. to install. The insurance company estimate per linear foot for the molding with installation was $1.82, or $23.66 for these two windows. I was charged $198.43 for this--8.4 times more than the insurance estimate. A different company had installed a new window for me and provided 104' of the vinyl glazing bead for this and four other windows free as a courtesy for the window installation job. Later, I remembered that two other windows required molding as well, but I didn't want to impose on the first company. Instead I went to
Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, which is located nearby, for what I thought would be a
Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and inexpensive job.

Everything was fantastic. The sales rep that initially came out was very honest, gave us a price and told us exactly what their company would do from the measuring to installation. They displayed and explained their products, we chose our products based on their information and they also advised us of an energy rebate from PG&E. This company gave us the best estimate and was $2000 less than another company.
Lakewood Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was friendly, informative and professional. During installation they had supervision on hand as well. It was a positive experience from start to finish and the quality of the product is very good.
