This review is long overdue. I had purchased a subzero fridge,
dishwasher, ventahood for a kitchen renovation and also a summit fridge and frigidaire dishwasher for a kitchenette in october of 2013. I worked with
and would highly recommend him. He was attentive and worked with me on pricing. If something was not within my budget, he was very good about offering alternative models/ makes. He knew his products well. And the customer service did not end with just the delivery. When I had parts missing from my
dishwasher, he went out of his way to make sure the parts got delivered quickly. Also during installation of my hood,
made a special trip out to coordinate the specifics of my ventahood install with my contractor. 8 months later, i had called about a summit dishwasher warranty and he quickly returned my call. i was missing proof of delivery and he faxed it directly to the repair company. I did not have this same level of service with all of my contractors and tradespeople, so when you recognize a superior level of service, you want to share it.

Our boiler broke in the middle of winter. We were extremely fortunate that
was available to come to our rescue. He was punctual and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. He was considerate to maintain a clean work environment. The price he quoted was the price we payed. He even serviced our AC units. I was so pleased with his service that I referred him to 2 other families for boiler and AC maintenance. I had a coupon for free shipping and they were very accommodating with scheduling a time for delivery and worked with my schedule. They were helpful in unloading the washer and dryer into my home and were on time for delivery. However, they were unable to install the machines so I had to ask for help from someone else. Other than that, it was a good experience and there is a 90 day warranty after purchasing the units.

II called today to have a service person come to my home to work on my Whirlpool washer. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the washer/dryer front loader combo in Feb 2009.
