Business Description: Axis of Movement offers professional instruction in ballet, pointe, jazz, hip-hop, tap, contemporary, ballroom workshops, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, specialty workshops and more for children aged infant through adults. All of our teachers and therapists have completed rigorous hours of training in their specific fields and are First Aid and CPR certified. Each teacher and therapist brings their own individual flair and personality to their work giving you a one-of-a-kind experience. Axis of Movement is located in the Miners Square Building at 5th and Oak St. on the second floor, downtown Frederick, in Colorado. The facility is equipped with state of the art studios that introduce children's through adult dance, Zumba, Pilates Mat, and Yoga classes, massage therapy, and a fully equipped Pilates studio. Additional features include sprung hardwood floors, retail store, and ample parking. We are one of the few studios in the state of Colorado that offers online class and appointment registration. Our retail store contains dance and fitness apparel, gifts, and more, including brands such as Body Wrappers, Danskin, Funky Diva, MotionWear, and WE Pilates.
