The man that showed up to do the plumbing said he needed to put a 'shut-off valve' on the line, which my husband agreed to. He went into the kitchen in the basement for access and 'decided' to cut a hole in the ceiling, 4 inched away from a grate that was already in the ceiling, to see if that is where the pipe was. He proceeded to cut a 5x6 hole in the ceiling and then realized the pipe was where the grate was. Removed the grate and did the work. He then proceeded to charge us $170 for having to cut the hole in the ceiling that was totally not necessary. My husband paid the bill and when I got home I was extemely unhappy. I called the office and the owner returned my call and after our talk agreed to refund the charge for cutting the hole in the ceiling and offered us a $50 off coupon for the next time we do business with them. I said that wouldn't fix the hole in my ceiling, and he basiclly said they are plumbers not drywall repairers. So I still have a unnecessary hole in my ceiling. The plumbing work was done, expensively I believe, but done. But common sense isn't the ruling factor in the worker that came to our house. Who wouldn't open a vent/grate that had 2 screws first to see if that is where the pipes were before cutting a hole in the ceiling! I definily am not impressed. The boss wa VERY nice on the phone, just didn't offer to fix their screw-up. But at least he refunded the $170 for the 5 minutes it took to put the hole in my ceiling. Not recommended - no matter how nice.

We wanted at least one and possibly two
toilets in our house. We looked up dealers and found
's bath House. He invited us out to see the different models and explained that we didn't have enough space in the guest bath for the second full toilet, but could install the washlet. We chose the
500 toilet and the
washlet 300. We scheduled installation a few days later. The installer came and did an excellent job. Both are excellent quality, work perfectly, and we are happy with them.
