We strive to set the industry standard in providing superior service to all our clients, in an industry where your best interests are all too often forgotten about. Through sound business principles, and a culture built from our very own Colorado roots, we intend to deliver on our promise for a valuable product backed by exceptional service. Here are a few things we do that differentiate us from other roofing companies. 1) Upgraded materials at no additional cost to the consumer. Example: Most roofing companies use 15# or 30# felt as their standard roofing underlayment, we ONLY use synthetic material for the underlayment. Most roofing companies use galvanized metals on your roof and for the flashings ( we call this the B52 Bomber look...not attractive at all), we use upgraded roofing accessories, drip edge, and flashings that are ordered to match your roof or painted with a high quality roofing accessories paint to match. These are just a few examples of the upgraded materials we use. 2) we do not "sell" you a new roof then pass it off to a subcontractor like most roofing companies do. We have an in house crew who does all of our work so that we can maintain the quality of the install. We also are on site with the crew so we can manage the project from start to finish complete with pictures so that you can see the quality materials and workmanship that went into your project. 3) Because we value quality over quantity, we are small by design and treat every project as if it were our own property. This business model is opposite most other roofing company models that focus on quantity, and we are okay with that!
