"This is the only treatment I have ever received that immediately stopped one of my migraines in its tracks. I have chronic tension headaches along with migraine headaches that I struggle" with on an almost daily basis. I've seen all sorts of specialists and tried many types of over the counter and prescription drugs for them to no avail. When I see
, he looks me over, asks a few questions, and then places needles in different parts of my body. He's never performed the exact same treatment any time I've been in to his office, but each time I walk out, it is without a headache. I can't say I fully understand traditional Chinese medicine or why sticking a needle in my foot will get rid of a headache, but I never walk away disappointed. My only complaint is how difficult it is to get into him. For your first appointment--or your first appointment in while---it often takes more than 2 months to get an appointment. Once you're in his office, it's easier to make follow-up appointments, but you still have to plan them a few weeks out. However, one time he was working with me on some headaches and a couple other issues, and he told me that if the problem didn't resolve itself within the next week after treatment, he wanted me to just come in on a certain day the following week even without an appointment. In this regard, I found him very accommodating.

"Dr.
is very thorough. If you have a problem, he really listens to the problem. He will not just treat the symptoms but will dig deeper. He doesn't think" it is just in your head. He takes time with the patient and is concerned about about you. He runs a little behind sometimes but it is because he is taking time with patients. He has very good communication. I would definitely use him in the future.

"Not only that, but
's friendly and professional attitude makes her an outstanding practitioner, particularly for someone who came to her office doubtful" of acupuncture as a practice. I have always felt that my well being and comfort come first and I cannot recommend her enough.

If the naturopath also has the MD credential then every plan will cover them. They choose to take insurance or not, all providers have to sign up with insurance plans for reimbursement. Unfortunately if they are a Doctor of Naturopathy, without other medical credentials you will have a difficult time finding coverage. An MD typically goes through 4 years of undergrad, 4 years of Medical school, 3 years of residency and then potentially 2 - 4 years of specialty training on top of that. Not many Naturopaths go through that type of education. MDs also have to work on cadavers, some other health care practitioners do this as well, but not many. Naturopaths offer valuable services. If you have a Naturopath MD in mind, then it is simple because they will have registered with insurance companies to accept payments. They will know what plans they accept payment from. As a pharmacist one of my classmates in addition to a doctorate in pharmacy also had a doctorate in that area. As a pharmacist we are also not covered by most insurance plans to have a "practice" reimbursement. We work on a fee-for-service basis or contract with specific plans or employers to offer their people our services. We work with individuals and provide their providers the information about our consults.

Some naturopaths, dieticians, pharmacists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists work within a physician practice - this is sometimes referred to as an integrated or integrative model. The fee for a naturopath is most often "fee for service."   I hope this helps, best of luck finding the practitioner you are seeking.

I've seen him several times and my stress headaches have declined improving my overall health state. I feel like my mind is more focused and I feel more relaxed than ever. Dr. Zurawin has started treating my son for ADHD as well. I also noticed my son was more calm right after the treatment. We continue treatment for future ailments with

Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
is very friendly. They tried to sell you a bunch of vitamins and supplements as well. I am sure it is all part of the treatment but it got very expensive, very quick. He does good work. I have several friends that use him as well and everyone swears by him. We have never had a problem getting an appointment.

I have MS and there have been time that I have gone to see her and I could barley walk. After a thirty minute treatment I literally bounce out of her office. She truly understands her patients, because she was a cardiologist in China, so she truly understands her patients needs. She truly understands her patients needs. She also specializes in infertility. She has a (wall of babies) and it keeps growing from her specialties.

It’s been great and I really enjoyed them. I stopped going essentially because I am busy and I have every intention to continue to use their service when money and time allow. I haven’t used any acupuncture service since then. I was seeing for ongoing issues and didn’t have time to follow up.

I think the first treatment produced some limited decrease in leg weakness and I could do a little better on the heel walk gross motor exam.
The second treatment did not produce any greater success.
I chalk this up to a need to see a medical doctor for better relief.
I would go see him again for other symptoms as they may occur before considering more invasive procedures.
Having said that, those needles do hurt more than a thought they would but it sure beats surgery if it works.

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
for several years now. Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
has been instrumental in my husband's continued good health, his ability to maintain an independent lifestyle, and overall high level of activity for 85+ year old man. Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
's attention to the patient and the patient's concerns go a long way in making you comfortable. Most acupuncture treatments are followed by cupping, acupressure massage, or gentle massage. Over the years Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
has helped my husband with hip, knee, shoulder, and lower back pain. For me, Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
has helped with severe shoulder/pain, anxiety, sinus and tension headaches, and menopause symptoms. I rarely visit other medical practitioners, simply because there is no need. Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
has successfully treated issues that have arisen for me.

Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
is knowledgeable, doesn't rush the patient, is very accommodating in his scheduling, and encourages healthy diet and exercise. Even if I feel great before seeing Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
, I always have a greater sense of well-being and more energy after the session. The treatments are not in any way painful or uncomfortable. In fact, I often have a 15 or 20 minute nap, waking up to feel better than I often do after a full nights rest! No explanation for this, but has happened too often to be a coincidence.

His office is no frills, limited paperwork to complete on followup visits, ample and free parking, open Saturdays until 1 or 2 pm. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
to family and friends.

I don't doubt that
Colorado Springs Acupuncturists Provider Name Locked
is helping people. He just didn't work for me. He only works on one issue at a time (blatantly refusing), I saw him for months with no improvement. He makes you take herbal pills, you're supposed to take them all day long, and they're $20 a bottle, and that did nothing. On top of this I just got tired of his attitude. I don't care to know his religious and political affiliations and feel he is unprofessional, greedy and arrogant. He works minimal hours. I am now seeing someone who works on more than one issue at a time, utilizes other methods besides acupuncture, and has relieved some of my pain.
