Called provider for a free stucco inspection, as listed in Angie's list, and he told me it would be $200. When I told him that his site said "free estimates" he huffed and puffed and told me that I could use the $200 toward my repair and that everyone was charging that much for an estimate. He was entirely unprofessional and rude during the entire conversation. I promptly used Angie's list to call 2 other stucco repair businesses who provided me with free estimates in a timely manner.

did an outstanding job painting our entire home. I previously used and left a review for
for a smaller job he did in 2013, where he repaired stucco and painted a small part of our home exterior. We were so impressed with him, we chose to work with him and
to paint the exterior of our home.
are true, meticulous, courteous professionals. I don't think anyone could do a better job than them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and worth every penny! What I like most about
is that they go above and beyond, and don't cut corners. They are OUTSTANDING. don't use anyone else. Once you work with
, you won't want to use anyone else.

texted his company's arrival time each of the 2 days -- was very punctual and communicated clearly. 2 men showed up, were polite and explained what they were there to do. Worked for a few hours, returned to finish it and then

around to paint it. These two guys did a great job (it's just done -- hopefully it will wear well too!) The cost was very high compared to other companies, but
Centennial Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
was responsive (I did not have to chase him to get a quote as I had to from other Angie's list companies) and he had his workers show up when they were supposed to. They did a great job blending the paint to match the existing paint as well as doing a great job matching the appearance of the outside stucco.

installed 2" Foam DryVit (EIFS) on the side of my House.
After the job was complete the crew came on a Saturday to tear down the scaffolding and clean up.
Plastic was installed over the scaffolding to protect the work area (the side of my house) from the weather.
Over the duration of the job rain had puddled on the top of the plastic

When the crew started removing the plastic from scaffolding water that had puddled on the plastic ran down the new finish and created large streaks in the finish (the finish was not cured yet).

was too busy to come to the job on a Saturday being he had already been paid).

’s reply on phone to the crew member was he would put an additional coat of finish on the wall to fix the problem. Surprisingly that never happened. Is this just a standard reply when a problem arises and

has already been paid?
After the scaffolding and plastic were taken down, the uncured Dryvit was exposed to the rain which can affect the bonding of the finish to the wall and the overall strength of the finish.
Now in some areas the finish is cracked and in some areas the finish bubbles when it rains.
Shortly the bubbles will just crack and the finish will peel off the wall.

was in a hurry to get the scaffolding back to the equipment rental place so he did not care the finish was not cured.

came to the house which I recently purchased and which had been neglected. He assessed the job and gave me a price. His workers then came. They were courteous and efficient. The job took longer than I expected because of wet weather and repairs needing to dry prior to painting.

's crew did small jobs without being asked and without adding to the cost of the job. They cleaned up everything.

Great, a beautiful job!!!! The entire company is very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend using them.

I felt other consumers considering this company should know that the pricing extended by this company is going to be way above and beyond what you'll find from other contractors for the same work. I needed basic caulking around my home and a stucco fireplace repainted to cover minor grill smoke stains. I also needed a metal railing sanded and two walls and a small flight of outdoor steps pressure-washed and painted. We are talking about 2 days of work (

and caulk. Of course some tools would also be needed but from a pure cost and outlay standpoint the needs were very minimal. The quote I got was over $3,500!! This is a $2k-$2,500 job "at most" and I asked provider to drop price from $3,524 to $3,000 even. Not only did he not agree but he insulted me by coming back with $24 off and re-pricing job at $3,500 even. When I kindly shared I thought he was high and I would not be needing him he sent back a "Good Bye" email which to me was condescending and unprofessional and tells me this provider would not have been one I would have enjoyed employing, for any work. That is my feedback for others considering this company, good luck.

is very good. He takes the customer, step by step, through the entire process and takes photos and e-mails them each day as the process progresses.
Very responsive to questions of customer and returns all messages promptly.
Price is in line with other providers, but I think prices in general, are a bit high....More /> I would not hesitate to hire him again.

A crew of eight people repaired the parapets and other issues with the house, which is approximately 10 years old. The weather was quite uncertain, but Blue Sky

, Lath & Plaster worked with us to make sure that condition were right to apply the final coat. They performed a water test on each of the windows to ensure there was no leakage. The color coat was applied over a two-day period and the results were very good. The owner came and reviewed the work with me and will repair two very small issues. The new stucco is thicker than the previous material providing better protection.
The Blue Sky crew were fabulous. They were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job of protecting the landscaping around the house.

They were punctual and completed the work as promised. I was concerned about stucco droppings on the painted porch slabs but they did a good job protecting the existing work. The stucco work itself was very good. I would definitely use
