was polite punctual and very professional. He gave us a very detailed and honest assessment of the drains of the house and the work that had been done on them in the past. The best thing is that his opinion is unbiased as he does not do the follow up work.

This was a great experience from start to finish.
was professional, experienced and polite. He came to fit a new water heater and also took care of a couple of other plumbing issues while he was here. Certified will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

From the moment he walked in, the technician started listing problems. When all was said and done, he had discovered "several cracks" in my heat exchanger (the death blow to any furnace), a gas line that needed to be replaced because it was the wrong size, insufficient combustible air in my furnace closet, and several other smaller items. He showed me fuzzy pictures on his phone and claimed they were images of cracks in my heat exchanger. He then wrote up a bid to replace my furnace for over $8k. He also mentioned that he recommended we immediately stop using the furnace and made several references to the dangerous carbon monoxide dangers to my wife and young children.
When I asked him to show me the cracks in the heat exchanger, he got nervous and started stammering about how they were "hard to see". Upon my insistence, he showed me where to look inside my furnace. I did not see any cracks anywhere.
I had a second heating and cooling company inspect my furnace and gas line. They confirmed the gas line was the correct size and properly installed and even showed me the code that determined proper sizes. They determined that the furnace had plenty of combustible air (as it has for the last 32 years). Finally, the carefully inspected the heat exchanger, inviting me to watch and explaining what they were doing as they were doing it. They found no cracks. *None*. Finally, they cleaned the furnace, tested mechanical functions, ran a diagnostic test, and installed a new air filter.
The Applewood "free furnace inspection and tuneup" was nothing more than a sales call and a scam at that. Preying on the fears of the average person and giving them false information for the sake of a sale is morally shameful and generally detestable. Plus, the technician never did clean or service my furnace, which is why I invited him into my home.

Went very well.

This was
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
's second visit to our house for a repair. He's always on time, always thorough, always able to figure out what's wrong, always fair in his pricing and always leaves the area where he's worked cleaner than he found it. He also always gives Angie's list members a discount. In order to find the leak it was necessary for
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
to remove a light fixture from our kitchen ceiling so he could see exactly where the leak was coming from. After diagnosing the problem (a faulty plastic tub spout) he replaced the plastic unit with a brass one, sealed the area, replaced the light fixture and gave recommendations for keeping our pipes and drains clean in the future.

We had a very slow leak but we couldn't pinpoint the source.
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
repaired the leak on the tubular under the sink and replaced the shut-off valve for the dishwasher. So far, no new moisture under the sink.
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
ensured that all possible sources of the leak were tightened before he left. We used the Angie's List Deal for $25.00 off of $50.00 We also appreciated the 10% senior discount.

As soon as I called the first time I could tell this was a solid business. I hate that I cant remember her name now but the woman that handled all of the scheduling was really flexible and pleasant to work with. The gentleman that did the actual work was also great to work with-

installed the gas line, the
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
wouldn't push back fully to the wall due to the gas pipe sticking straight up. When I called

directly I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to come back and adjust the pipe. GREAT SERVICE- how was he to know that the
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
was going to have a small cavity to fit the pipes within- probably my fault really. Great experience from top to bottom- I'm a new homeowner and my project list is growing. I asked

After getting estimates from other providers as well, we did not decide to have the work done until several months later. We chose another provider (with the lowest bid) to repair one of the sagging spots in the sewer line, leaving the remaining bad spot for a later time.
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
is a good company and we regret having waited so long to write a report.

The appointment was scheduled promptly after I contacted the company, and I was able to get a Saturday appointment. The plumber was very professional, replaced the tubing with the bar faucet which was greatly appreciated. The price seemed high- the company charges by the work not the hour, don't which is best method for the consumer. Overall pleased with the work and glad I hired a professional.

Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
, the owner of the company, visited my house first in order to assess the condition of both my old gas water heater and my old solar water heating system which had a badly leaking storage tank. After comparing the cost of replacing both tanks as well as future costs of maintaining the old solar water heating system, we decided that it was time to upgrade to a self-contained, tankless, on-demand gas water heater. We scheduled the 2-day installation for the following week.
One very nice thing that
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
did free of charge during his visit was to unclog my basement floor drain which had never drained properly for over 50 years.
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
also noticed that our furnace was noisy and needed cleaning, so we also scheduled that for the following week.
Technician Giber
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
did an absolutely first-rate job of removing the old water heater and solar water heating system, and then installing the new tankless water heater. It was a really big job for just one person, but Giber worked quickly and thoroughly from start to finish. He was very careful to not make a mess when removing the old systems, plus he kept the periods when we were without water pressure to a minimum, and he was very courteous to lets us know in advance whenever he would need to shut the water off. I also was very impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the new tankless water heater.
Technician
Centennial Plumbers Provider Name Locked
did a great job of cleaning out my furnace and A/C system, and he talked me through everything he did as he performed the work. I was very impressed by his knowledge of heating and cooling systems, and he gave me clear, complete answers to all of my questions. While cleaning the A/C coils he noticed the smell of a small gas leak coming from the gas control valve in the furnace. He promptly repaired the leak with a new application of Teflon tape and joint sealer.
I'm so glad that I discovered
