If you have to spend your hard-earned money on a sump pump and french drain, this is the company to call. After seeing the reviews on Angie's List, we had high expectations, and
and his crew exceeded every one. They were on time (even early!), did exactly what they said they would do, did a great job cleaning up the site, and charged a fair price. They were professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

We have recently had heavy rains here and ordinarily would have have significant water in the basement. The work done redirected the water into the dry well resulting in no water entering the finished basement area. A very nice job - well done.

Basement Waterproofing reviews in Broomfield

The estimator claimed he tried calling my phone three times before he came. (I never knew he was coming until my wife informed me with a call. (I had wanted to be here when he came) But he estimated the work anyhow. I'm not really the judge of how it went because I wasn't here.

We had a leak with standing water in one corner of the basement every time it rained. We had three Angie's List A rated foundation companies come out to assess the situation and provide an estimate. The first two ranged between $900 and $4000 with similar reasons for the cause of the leak but differing opinions on how to correct. The Champion person came out, took one look and said you don't need foundation work, you need a mason to seal the gap between the house and the retaining wall. We had the masonry work done by another company for a minimal charge and the basement has been dry ever since even in downpours. I'm taking the time to write this review because while Champion didn't do any work for us, I have the utmost respect for experts in the field and honesty. They could have sold me a sub pump or something that would have been much more costly and intrusive to us but they were honest instead. If/when I ever need future foundation work these guys will get the business - no question.

We were delighted to sell our house in only two days, but devastated when the home inspection revealed severe crawlspace moisture and mold growth. We had no idea. The buyer backed out right away, understandably so, and friend recommended Aqueduct. Bill

came out right away and looked over the situation, then brought in his boss,

assured us that it was one of the worst cases he'd ever seen; but he also assured us that he could fix it. And he did! Our job was taken care of very promptly, although I'm sure this was a very busy time of year for the company. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. The crawlspace now is dry as bone, the house doesn't have that overlly humid smell any more, and I'm fully confident that our home will sell very quickly now that this major problem has been remedied so expertly. Overall I gave this company a D which is an average of D for adviser/customer service and C- for the actual work done.
Let's start with the adviser. We was helpful, friendly and responsive up until after our first appointment. Once the check was sent, communication slowed and at one point stopped. I was slightly annoyed by being ignored by our adviser, but the deposit was sent I hope trusted in the reviews I had heard/read about the company and figured the work would be good.
I knew what date the appointment was, but no idea what time. It was not listed on the appointment reminder card and when I called customer service at 4:45pm the day before I got bounced around from customer service rep to the next one until it was after 5pm and no one was required to answer my question. I began calling again the next day and finally talked to

who said it has been standard practice for the customer to call the day of the appt to find out the time. It would have been nice if that was printed on the postcard or if one of the reps I did talk to had simply mentioned that, instead of saying, "Let me transfer you to scheduling".
Broomfield Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was nice, calmed me down and assured me that his men would call 30 minutes before they got there. And they did. They were right on time.

The digging began and the work was done. My landscaping stones were all messed up and my hastas were not exactly placed back the way I wanted them, but it was all stuff that I could handle. Until I realized our electrical was messed up because of all of the digging. I believe the crew knew they hit something because they turned off the electrical in the entire house and shortly later turned in back on. I wondered why, but didn't spend too much time thinking about it. Until I couldn't open our garage doors and none of our motion lights worked, then I knew they hit something and said nothing. So there is a live wire somewhere in our grass. I'll be sure to tell my 2 year old not to dig over there...
I contacted
Broomfield Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
who said they would pay for the repairs, but in the meantime I am trying to find someone to play detective and figure out what happened. And dealing with manually lifting my garage doors every time I need to get in is no picnic. Also in my email to
Broomfield Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, I mentioned that I am still having seepage in my basement and that I need to schedule an appointment with another adviser. I got no response. Just like

, my previous adviser. So I emailed again 6 days later. Still waiting.
Update: I did get a call back and someone came out to inspect the work that was done. A temporary fix was suggested that I opted not to get. Instead a more extensive job needs to be done to fix the problem...a job that should have been done in the first place and basically means we wasted $2,500
Worth mentioning...during one of my phone calls I mentioned I was going to write a review, I was told there are so many good reviews of the company, that one bad review won't hurt.

Very professional for the estimate to scheduling to completion and follow up. The teams that did the work cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful.

I couldn't be more pleased with the way this project turned out. Nick, one of the two owners, was a treat to work with; professional, responsive and a straight shooter. Their bid compared favorably with that of their competition both on price and honesty (there were no superfluous extras/add-ons included).
On the day of the "big dig", a crew of 4 showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was amazed to find out that they planned to dig the (rather large) hole which houses the egress window by hand rather than use a backhoe, specifically because doing so avoids damaging the lawn; just one of many examples of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In about 6 hours, this productive crew managed to dig a massive hole, cut the concrete foundation, install a window, back fill said hole with gravel and clean up their mess. The window looks fabulous, and after multiple heavy rainfalls, has proven to be completely water proof.
There was a small mix up regarding the color of the window that Nick has graciously chosen to address, again displaying his full commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.. In short, I would not hesitate to work with DO again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Everything was right on time with the work was completed within 2 days within the date promised The crew was professional and friendly. Very attentive to our schedule.
