Aurora Carpet Installers Reviews

"They arrived at the time promised with three individuals. They were very efficient and worked well together When I originally got the estimate, I was happy with the information and the way it was provided. I watched as those who did the actually cleaning spent extra time as needed for more soiled spots and did everything possible to do the very best that could be done on some areas more worn than others. Everything came out as promised and I was very happy with the final result. I would recommend Liberty to anyone who asks.

and

arrived on schedule with all tools required for the work ahead of them. They reviewed the work to be done, narrowed down the price range given over the phone and got right to work. In about 4 hours they took care of moving required furniture and removing excess carpet in our main hallway, 3 bedrooms, a master bath and a living room/dining room area. They ensured all work areas were cleaned and excess material was removed when the work was complete. On-time service done well for a reasonable price - Straight A's from us. Definitely recommend.

and his wife pulled on their booties, and went to work. The wet portion was from the

and in 3 feet in two rooms. He carefully split the seams, and pulled the wet portions back. Then they removed the affected pad underneath, as it was sopping wet. After 2 weeks, when all was thoroughly dry,

returned. They reinforced the seams and edges (which were delaminating), replaced the pad (which I had purchased), and then replaced the affected tack strip (which I had previously removed). They did an excellent job restreching the carpet, then meticulously rebonded the seams. It all came out great! After seeing their work, I would recomment the

team for any carpet repair.

is a miracle worker.
We had a sweet little puppy mill dog we had adopted, who had been in a cage for 6 years just producing puppies so she was not house broken. She had many accidents on our carpeted dining room floor, which I then managed to take the color out of the carpet when trying to clean them.

took carpet from our hall coat closet and repaired all the damaged carpet. He would remove only the damaged carpet, cutting out the spot, then cut the same amount from the closet carpet, then he permanently sealed the clean carpet into the dining room carpet, raking the seams together and making it IMPOSSIBLE to tell where the stains had been and there were about 15 spots of varying sizes. My husband and I were just amazed!!! We thought for sure we were going to have to replace the carpet, which is fairly new, costing us far more.
He replaced the coat closet carpet with "remnant" carpet of a different color. Since the coat closet is off a tiled entrance it doesn't matter that it's a different color.

had originally suggested I get a small piece of carpet from Lowe's, which was similar in color, but then I remembered I had this remnant in the basement storage area.
When

finished with the spots, he cleaned all the carpet in the house. I can't begin to express how grateful we are to

, he did an awesome job!

"The afternoon job went very well. It was a very intense two-man effort to stretch the wrinkles out from room to room, with necessary cutting of the excess carpeting and re-tacking the carpet to the wall boards. It took several hours to smooth out every wrinkle, and I am really happy with the way all of the carpeting looks now. They did an excellent job, and they carefully cleaned up with their vacuum all of the leftover bits and pieces of carpeting. It was well worth the effort to significantly improve the appearance of the carpeting.

"Like so many families in Colorado I had water in my finished basement a little over a week ago. After just one day it was starting to smell. So I called the company, they gave me helpful instructions over the phone. For example, they told me not to pull up the carpet myself if I did not have the proper tools as wet carpet is easy to damage. They came out the next day and quickly extracted the water, next they pulled the carpet up. They removed the carpet pad that was wet, and set up air movers to dry the carpet and concrete. They explained that because it was ground water and not fresh water it is important to replace the carpet pad because it will act like a sponge to absorb and grow any bacteria that might be in the water. They came back once the floor was dry and applied a cleaner to the floor, tack strip, and the back of the carpet that had gotten wet. This insures that there won't be anything like mold growing where I can't see it. For their last trip to my home yesterday they brought new carpet pad to replace what had to be removed. They laid the pad, reinstalled the carpet, and then steam cleaned the area. It looks and smells great. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely use them again!

"This is the 3rd time I've had these company do work for me. They are all very professional and quick. I had a very large room installed with carpet as well as tile and it is beautiful. They always have me inspect their work and do any repairs if needed. This was done in one day. The work was done so beautifully that I called them back the same week and had them install tile in my kitchen and they were very quick to do that, also in one day. The floor was in pretty bad shape under the existing tile and, was pretty noisy when walked on. They walked the kitchen, found everything that made noise and screwed down. I no longer have a noisy floor and it's wonderful. They put down a sub floor and none slip tile so I no longer worry about slipping plus it's beautiful. We did find a couple of things that needed repair on the tile and Angle, the installer came back on Sunday and repaired them. He was wonderful and professional and I would definitely have them all do work for me again. Actually Angle did the downstairs tile and we requested him back to do the kitchen. I still have a couple of rooms that need carpet and I wouldn't hesitate to call them back. The gentleman that originally came out was

"In 2011, I bought my ranch home with a completely finished basement. Through a water leak via a basement window, I discovered mold behind the woodwork of a finished basement bedroom. I contracted L&N Contractors, Inc to remediate the mold that I had found and to correct the window well drainage problem, along with replacing the improperly installed windows. Upon investigation, the mold problem was worse than originally expected and mold air testing was done through the entire home. Through this testing, it was found that the entire basement had extemely dangerous levels of black and brown mold and the upstairs had high levels of mold in the two bedrooms. Due to the existing basement finish being out of code and the electrical was found to be a fire hazard, the whole basement had to be gutted in order to perform proper remediation of the mold and remove the fire hazard

. L&N Contractors, Inc. removed the existing basement finishing to include drywall, frame,,carpet, tile, electrical wiring and fixtures and bathroom plumbing and fixtures. They performed complete mold remediation and encapsulation of the basement. Upstairs, they biocide washed all interior surfaces and

-vacuumed or biocide cleaned. They replaced two basement windows to prevent further water leakage problems as well as installing two new window wells and proper drain systems in a total of three window wells. A gas leak was also discovered during the overall project and was fixed. They installed a new electric panel and rewired the electrical in the basement to code. As a result of all of their hard work, the final mold air test passed with flying colors and my home is now mold free. I was able to move back into my home knowing that I'm safe now because of the serious problems that were found and fixed. L&N Contractors perform quality work and go above and beyond to get the job done right. They really care about their clients and their safety and well-being.

"Overall the project went very well there were only a couple of glitches a slight miscalculation in the quantity of carpet caused a delay in complete installation however there was not cost impact. Also a couple subcontractors used for the installation were not the most cooperative in placing the furniture back were it was originally located but all in all the experience went very well and we we extremely pleased with the final results. Lastly I should say we were most pleased with the time, patience, and efforts, the company owner and associates provided us."

"They were terrific. They were really, really good. There was a mistake made with the insert between carpets and all I had to do was call and tell them about it, they came out and fixed it immediately. They are very good to deal with. They were truly, truly first class. I think we paid a little bit more but it was worth it. We live in a retired community and the head of the department here, recommended them for the quality of their products, so then we called
Aurora Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
and talked to a lady who was instrumental in providing all our needs.
