, owner, is top notch all the way. The combination of his professionalism, knowledge, expert skill, attention to detail, and commitment to quality place him among the best in the industry. And he's a good, honest, and fair person. His quote was neither cheap or overpriced, but very reasonable for the excellent quality of his craftsmanship. His subs follow right in suit in their quality and good nature. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had an outstanding experience with
Wilmington Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. My wife and I were novices in the area of home renovation and had heard numerous horror stories re: the expenses and pains that came with working with contractors. Working with Nick and his team was an absolute pleasure. In general, he was communicative, a good listener, honest, creative, and open to feedback. As we moved through the various phases of our project, he clearly explained everything and offered creative suggestions that made our addition, kitchen remodel, deck, and master suite come out beautifully. At a few points, expenses far exceeded what had been expected, but Nick went out of his way to share some of these surprise costs, which we deeply appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to use
Wilmington Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
again in the future and highly recommend them.

I had initially gotten a few estimates from some "handyman" contractors. To try and get the most accurate possible estimate, I had opened up the most troublesome looking parts of our issue. Although polite and all seemed to be honest (all "A" rated on Angie), I got a sense it was more than a handyman could handle and had one simply tell me that I needed to work with a general contractor. This contractor gave a precise estimate detailing exactly what work would be done and included a very specific "discovery clause" where unknown/unexpected issues would be priced at the cost of materials plus 20%. This sounded fair and gave me comfort that there would be no pricing drama should the water/termite damage extended beyond what was assumed. Fortunately the damage to the beams did not extend any further than what was estimated and was shown everything else was solid. They repaired the beams giving them the same architectural appearance as the other exposed beams which were not damaged, while making them even more structurally sound than when it was originally built. Beams replaced, painted, caulked, adjusted a faulty gutter run which was attached to the beam, added a metal kick plate which will keep water from dripping into the exposed beam, and re-screened where the lanai cage was opened up to get at the revised gutter. Bottom line, the estimate was correct, the crew was punctual, courteous and completed the job in a timely matter. Mother nature added another day, but that is to be expected . . . it's summer in Florida. Sometimes it rains!

OK. Appeared to do what was promised. What we were not happy with using this as an opportunity to upsell us an entire roof replacement or whole house parapet stucco repair. Our roof is only 8 years old and is certainly not in need of total replacement.
We felt like we were paying $99 for a sales call.

Visited, delivered crude drawings. Traded ideas back and forth twice or so. Then, when it became obvious that he wasn't going to be hired to do our renovation, he disappeared-- without providing the 3D drawings which we paid for. Very unprofessional!!

From our first contact we know that

and his crew arrived each day as expected and put in a full day's work. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. The shed is 12' x 12' , 8' high. The shed is shingled with white cedar shingles and architectural roof shingles, red cedar trim boards. It has a pressure treated ramp - nice and wide and strong for the snow blower. The

added access doors on both gable ends. He was happy to re -use a window we already had for the back wall of the shed. . We will use

They were running late and called to let me know where they were and what they were doing. They fixed the wobbly banisters (3). The drywall had to be cut to get to them but they re-dry walled & it looked great! They fixed a roof leak & a potential new leak & finished up another persons paint job in our living room. They did this all in 6 hours & cleaned up their mess before they left. THEY WERE GREAT!
