"They never came out to service my equipment. I called and called, and they finally called me back and left a message to tell me they would no longer be servicing" our equipment and that I needed to call someone else. They change up front every single year for three filter changes. They used to come and change the filters, and every three years they come to change the membrane. She told me she would not be servicing me specifically. I had been getting a bad feeling from the serviceman the last two years. Come to find out, my water had not been filtered right and I had to pay for more equipment. I apparently had asked too many questions. I was confused on how I was to know the water was clean without them coming back to test the water and he could not answer the questions. The servicemen would say things like, "I don't know what happened with you and
is the owner and they were implying I had done something wrong to him and that is why he sent servicemen instead of coming out himself.

"Over the 14 months I had the service the driver delivered on the date specified only a couple of times. 3 bottles was too much for my family, so I postponed my" delivery date a couple of times, and the driver would forget. I would add additional items (cases of water) and it would come one month, not another and then when I would cancel, it would still be delivered. Calling the customer service line would mean being on hold for 50 minutes at times. They would promise the driver or the route manager would return my call and it would never happen. The final straw was when I was billed for the service in June and the driver never showed up. After being on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes, I was promised a refund for the month and I scheduled the service to be cancelled with the equipment pickup on
22. On
22 my son stayed home, but the equipment was never picked up. After contacting customer service (a 50 minutes or more wait time) it was noted on my account that the pickup was canceled by the route manager and rescheduled for the next day. Since no one was home on Thursday, everything was left out in front of the garage. When I returned home at 5:30pm, the cooler, etc was still there. Another phone call to customer service and I was told that there was a delay and they promised the equipment would be picked up that day. When I returned home at 9pm, it still was sitting in front of my garage. Another call showed the pickup was cancelled again and rescheduled for Friday. I was promised the route manager would call me. Again, the equipment was moved back in the garage in the evening and back out the next morning at 8am. When I returned home from work at 6:30pm on Friday, the equipment remained in front of my garage. Another reschedule. As of today (Monday,
27) I have been rescheduled 3 times, spent hours on hold and have been billed for the convenience. I don't know when the equipment will finally be picked up.

STAY AWAY! Terrible service, no followup.. Impossible to reach their "customer service" by phone or email or through their website. Does anyone actually work there? Problems vary from short delivery, delivery to wrong area, not providing receipt following delivery, not checking in to see how many bottles go to each area, etc. I get "canned" responses to my emails asking for assistance, no one ever calls, the 800 # they provide for "critical" issues is a busy signal, and on and on. Do not use this company!

No problem with the installation, but it should have been covered under the pump manufacturer's warranty. They refused to replace the pump under warranty but could not or would not document that the old pump was out of warranty. They

Everything has been mostly great until about 3 months ago.

We suddenly started getting the wrong water delivered (purified water) and sporadic deliveries. When you have sporadic deliveries, you don't leave the empty bottles out and they stack up.
We have called DS Waters (the company that seems to manage the call center for

Each time, they tell me that I am on a plan that gets purified water, yet for the last 3 years I have been getting spring water. In addition, my bill shows spring water. That never happens, the water sits out on the driveway for 2-3 weeks until the next scheduled delivery.
Very frustrating and unfortunately we canceled service. I would have happily continued if they would have fixed their problems. Lastly, there was literally no attempt to change my decision when I called in. They were apologetic and advised when the final pickup would be.
Beware! I hope they get their act together again.

Customer service promised that they would deliver a replacement water cooler in 2 days. However, after about 1 month, not only that they didn't deliver the replacement water cooler, they also stopped delivering water to us. I tried calling customer service again but no one ever picked up the phone. The last time I called, I waited for about 45 minutes and still no one picked up the phone.

) came out to my house on a Saturday to examine the situation. On Monday, he provided me with an estimate for the work. His estimate was comparable to others that I received and slightly lower.
The work entailed digging a five foot ditch in a ten foot area that included my porch. The space under the porch to dig was about two feet high. The digging involved a lot of hard labor, and two men primarily did that work on a Thursday afternoon when I was not home because they did not need to access the home. The following day, the men returned around 10AM. They had to clean out the ditch they had dug the day before because it rained the night before. Then they had to create an access point from the house to the water valve so they spent time drilling a hole in my basement wall. That took awhile because the wall was thick. They eventually got through and ran the new copper line to the exterior water valve. They then checked everything to make sure that there were no leaks (the water meter was not running), and backfilled the dirt. It took them almost 12 hours (10PM) to finish the job. The guys worked so hard, and I could not be happier with work.

flats of water, and rental of a hot/cold water cooler. There really aren't any other delivery options for my address, and it was better than going to Costco and lugging it all home myself. But in the past 6 months or so, I've had multiple problems with them:
- I made changes to what I wanted delivered online multiple times, but the changes disappeared, so I had to call or email to make any changes to my order from month to month
- As others have commented, every call has significant wait times, but once someone is on the phone, they are generally friendly and helpful
- Several times we just would not get our delivery at all on the days it was supposed to come - no notice ahead of time, no attempt on their part to reschedule - I would have to call them to make them come back for my delivery
- When our first cooler stopped heating/cooling water, they brought a replacement cooler but started charging a higher rate for the rental fee - I called to have this reversed, and they accommodated me, but it was a hassle

Our cooler leaked water all over the kitchen floor, so I tried to call to have a new cooler brought to us - every time I called any of the customer service phone numbers, I was either disconnected or simply heard a busy signal. I tried sending emails to the customer service email address, and I did not get any response. I tried calling the number of the delivery guy, but never heard back. Finally after trying every day or two for nearly four weeks (!) to get through on the phone at different times of the day, I got through and decided I can't be in business with a company that I can't contact when I need to, so I cancelled our service. His only explanation for why I couldn't get through to them was that they had been experiencing high call volume - if call volume is so high so much of the time, the company ought to be expanding their customer service team & systems to handle it.
I haven't found another delivery company to come to my address, so it looks like I'll be making water runs to Costco now.
NOTE: I rated the company a D in professionalism, but this is strictly because I believe it is unprofessional to have so little concern over customers who have problems and cannot get through to the customer service team - the actual employees I've spoken with have always been very cordial and professional.
