The serviceman arrived on time and took a look at my tankless heater. He immediately called me and said he would check with the manufacturer to see if the part was under warranty. Once he found out it was under warranty, he advised me that it would take few days to get the part and that I would have to pick it up myself.
I asked him if they could overnight the part and they said they would ask. While they couldn't overnight the part, the owner of the company went and picked it up for us and we had a fully functioning tankless heater within two days. I am very pleased with this company's willingness to go above and beyond and to provide excellent service. The serviceman kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything to my satisfaction.

My water heater went out in June 2013 after ten years. I walked out to a flooded garage and called a friend who referred me to

. The technician came and replaced my water heater with a new unit on the same day for around $850.

14 months later I walk out to a flooded garage again and call this company back. They let me know that the water heater isn’t fully under warranty any longer and would be $450 warranty replacement. I pushed back a little with how soon this unit went out but not having another affordable option I agreed to have them replace it. The technician who came out the second time,

, mentioned he did quite a bit of work to bring the water heater ‘up to code’, which he mentioned should prevent this from happening again. I can see he did quite a bit of work looking at the before and after pictures, including an expansion tank, flood

, and thicker piping.

I understand stuff happens but I have to assume bringing the work up to code in the first place would’ve prevented this all along. Had I done this over again, I would’ve purchased my water heater through a local company with more reputable reviews. I give this business a bad rating instead of a lousy only because the second technician did a lot of additional work and was very friendly.

from

did the work, and he was prompt, courteous and professional. He assessed the old water heater setup and walked me through the process for replacing it. He informed me along the way as to what upgrades/improvements could be done along the way, and let me choose whether or not to have them done. He was neat in installing the new heater, so cleanup was minimal after he left.

is awesome. Like others have said in reviews, the crew shows up and they know what to do. I wish I could attach a picture of my beautiful new system. Before: exploded old tank on a rotten stand taking up the whole corner of my garage. And an old leaking salt system.
After, Wall mounted hot water system, completely open floor, wall mounted filter. Big new easy to work shut off valve. One switch, and the system is OFF, very easy.
What I want to stress, when I asked for a good system, I got it.

got the permits, got the inspector out, got the gas company out, and made sure it all worked. Like other reviewers stated, there is always some last drip leak...and Junior didn't leave until it was perfectly fixed. Again, a bad pipe.
But they went through the whole house, and really FIXED my plumbing. New main shut off valve, new pressure regulator (installed wrong from the builder!) New shower valves, and I have a sink in my garage now. Finally, we can take strong showers, and use the dishwasher at the same time.
I know 8000 is a lot for a hot water heater, but they fixed everything!

& Cooling did a great job installing my Trane system. They were very clean and fast. I got a ten year warranty on all of my equipment for additional cost. They were not the cheapest and were in middle of the other prices I received. I will use them again.

I had called this company through Home Depot's installation number. It was 8:30am, and Home Depot's site indicated same day service. I could not get an appointment until 3:00 to 5:00 the next day, and was told the technician would call approx. 30 minutes before arriving. I explained to the person who did the scheduling that we wanted to install a new water heater, there was no question of repair but that we needed the old one removed and because it had leaked quite a bit, we needed an evening to fix the platform it was standing on. He told me no problem, they would come out and remove it, and I would just need to pay 10% and they would remove the heater and come back the next day with a new one and I could then pay the remaining 90%. The technician did not arrive until after 5:00pm, there was no phone call at all. He promptly told me the water heater was broke and needed to be replaced. I told him what the gentleman on the phone had arranged with me, and he said they don't do that, sometimes the guys in the office say things they should not. I would have to call the office and track down that guy I talked to. This was to be a service call of $139.00 where he would give me an estimate. He did finally agree to take away the water heater. I had been told that the standard installation cost was $400. The technician quickly estimated an additional $600 in charges for items that are supposedly required by the city such as earthquake straps. If things are required they should be included in standard installation. He told me that certain things were broke and would need to be fixed, however, when my husband arrived home, amazingly they weren't broke anymore. At that point, I knew I was done with this company. Thanks for taking our hot water heater away, but no I will not have them back.

Plumber called to give me a quote. It was for a rental property and I was not on site. He quoted me ~$650 which I thought was kind of expensive for a faucet. He told me I was receiving a faucet valued at $300 which I accepted. I searched the model number that was installed from the invoice and saw that it is available at Home Depot for $100. I called and asked about the discrepancy in which they would not reply. I realize. That I had the option to not use them when they gave me a quote but felt it was acceptable when they informed me of a higher quality faucet. I would not recommend them.

installed a new tankless water heater for me in March of 09. I've had them out a couple time for service and a couple niggling issues - they have always been on-time, friendly and helpful. They even completed and fixed the issues on first try.
Last month, I noticed the heater was leaking on a Thursday night so I emailed Nick. He got back to me the next AM and had
