This was our 3rd experience with
&
. Once again,
gave us a "guaranteed" start and end date which they once again hit perfectly. Again, no changes from his original quote.
literally held our hand as we picked out tile, travertine, and granite. We probably called
no less than 25 times from the stores we went to without him to pick out plumbing and fixtures. Not once was there ever a hint of "stop calling me" from
. The workers we had at our house almost became part of our family for a couple weeks because they were so easy to speak with and so accommodating to ALL of our questions and concerns. We received calls from the office just to let us know what progress to expect to be done on that day. The workers took exceptional care of covering all parts of our room so as to limit the amount of dust. As
promised us from the day he 1st looked at our bathroom - we now have the "nicest bathroom" in our neighborhood.

Called
from a coupon that was posted through Angies list.
responded promptly and gave me a bid, which I understood would be more than the coupon price, as I knew had more work than the 2 hours allotted on the coupon. They promised to complete the work in one day, however there was a missing part on the island light I'd purchased and it could not be installed that day. I got the missing piece from the lighting store,
sent a new person to install it, but alas, there were more issues with that light. I ended up returning that fixture, bought a different one and they returned for a third time to complete the work. Thankfully, I love, love, love this new light which turned out to be entirely different than what I'd originally planned. They were patient, thorough, and all their crews and office personnel were terrific in getting my lighting project(s) done. I would hire them again, with no hesitation.

Sem spent two hours trying to figure out why my ceiling light fixture wouldn't stay lighted. He began by disconnecting, connecting, and reconnecting the wires in the light switchplate hoping that was the origin of the problem. When it was clear that was not the case, he removed the transformer from the fixture. Since the fixture is a ceiling rail system Sem had to remove the rail and some of the buckets (which contain the lights) to get to the transformer. This took some time. After the transformer was unscrewed from the ceiling, Sem realized that the transformer was sealed. As a result, he could not open it up to try and figure out the cause of the problem. Had he been able to open up this transformer he would have ordered a new one in the event he had been unsuccessful in fixing this one (There was one week remaining on the warranty). At this point, Sem decided to reduce the wattage going to the transformer since each of the five halogen lights was 50 watts, and the fixture had been very hot to the touch. To see if this would solve the problem, he removed two lights from the rail. Once he did, the other three stayed on. Since that worked, he suggested I replace two or three of the 50 watt lights with 25 or 35 watt ones. I took his advice and the fixture worked fine--for three weeks.
I have since contacted the lighting company where the fixture was purchased. Even though the warranty period had expired by one month, they ordered a new one free of charge. They determined that the transformer was defective.
During the two hours Sem spent working on this problem, he was calm and patient. He got to work the minute he arrived.
He seemed very knowledgeable and, he did everything in his power (no pun intended ;) to solve this problem.
When I receive the new transformer I will call

I checked the CA state licensing board and found his license to be current, bonded and insured. I ran his company on Angie's List and found it to be "A" rated, has 28 recent reviews and
Thousand Oaks Ceiling Fan Installers Provider Name Locked
of Super Service Awards 4 of last 6 years.
Owner,
Thousand Oaks Ceiling Fan Installers Provider Name Locked
, came right over on short notice to install the fan, blade assembly and temperature control that I had already acquired. He quickly removed the old parts, carefully measuring the unit so as to be able to replace the new one in same position. It worked right off the bat, couldn't have gone smoother. We were very happy with his service.

wanted to get a bathroom fan installed. I had a circuit for the fan and a in the ceiling but no vent going out through the roof. I purchased 1 hour labor voucher a few months ago and called
Thousand Oaks Ceiling Fan Installers Provider Name Locked
for appointment. I was told that this will need to 2 hour of work and cannot be done in 1 hour because they will need to make a hole in the roof and seal it. They quoted me $ for additional work. Recently, I saw a 2 hour labor voucher and realized this will be the right number of hours for getting the fan installed finally. I called
Thousand Oaks Ceiling Fan Installers Provider Name Locked
again. The guy on the phone told me that they cannot make the hole in the roof and I should get a roofer to make a hole! I do not feel too good about this transaction.

and the crew were always very reliable! My pond electrical has never failed, the kitchen and entry way lights are working fine years later as well as the ceiling fans and added/adjusted electrical outlets.
