We prefer to train all employee's to our ethical standards. We can fix any structural or soils related item that is broken! To Angie's list customers we will offer an initial free consultation on any construction or engineering project. The exception is Foundation inspections, this is a fee chargeable service, due to the number of hours and effort that is required to produce a sound evaluation and assessment of a foundation that is in distress. Our fee's range from $250.00 to $ 550.00 typically, depending on size of house. Our reports and manometer floor level surveys are one of the best in San Diego. We always include an accurate cost analysis of the repair. No one else in the industry does that. Our experience ranges from repair of landslides and foundations to Condo conversions to 1.2 million dollar remodels and everything in between. Our staffs 35 years of experience, knowledge and on going education makes us the most qualified and reliable and skilled company in San Diego. We are often called on to inspect other contractors work, to verify proper practices in construction and workmanship. We know our competition well. We are always available by phone and email to our customers. Our motto is we will either answer our cell phone when you call or we will call you back within 20 minutes. Communications are the key to a successful project and good customer relations. Our pricing is honest and fair. We never low ball a project to get it and than look for extra's to compensate for our low bid. We find this practice unethical. We never charge an extra, unless you the client adds something to the project or our scope of work indicated that there may be an extra and we define what that is, so you have security, peace of mind and control over your project.
