Window Replacement reviews in Simi Valley

I hired
Simi Valley Window Installers Provider Name Locked
Design back in November to replace my 1964 era single-pane windows in my house with dual-paned, argon glass filled windows. The windows were competitively priced but even more so, the installers were competent, professional, pleasant, and polite. They also cleaned up after the job, which is something that you don't see that often any more.
I was so impressed with

Design that I brought them back last week for a plumbing leak. The leak turned out to be more extensive that we first thought. The plumber stuck with it until the job was done. He too was competent, professional, and polite. He also cleaned up after the job.
Not only do I highly recommend

Design for any job that they handle, I will be using them again.
The price that I quoted above was for both the windows and the plumbing job.

I didn’t use them for the job. The estimate was less than $1000. They just came out and did an estimate. They were on time, and they were very professional. They gave me an estimate, and then It turned out that I didn’t need to have the job done. They were very quiet and nice; nothing stood out. They did call, but they were late.

The overall experience was great. The office called to schedule, were very accomodating, they guys came out, on time, were tidy, and very professional. They left, with their tools and mess, and we have beautiful, highly functional new windows

Went great. Bought house in the beginning of the year, and this is the first time the windows have worked correctly. He came in punctual both times (first for the estimate and second for the actual repair). The guys were really great. Funny guys. Didn't leave any messes, even cleaned the window rails because so much dirt/mud had collected. Would definitely recommend.

I found Progressive on Angie's List and looked at their website. I filled out the website form to schedule an estimate. After one week, I never received a reply, so I called them instead. Someone took down my information and said an estimator would call me back. I never got a return call and this has been about a month now. I give up on them. If this is what their service is like when they are trying to gain clients, I hate to see what they are like after a contract is signed.

They had the right size of windows for my house where no one else did. They open from both sides. The workers do their jobs well are are very knowledgeable. They have changed the things i didn't like.

They were very good. They did what they promised and did it when they promised. They work was very nice. They were neat and clean and did not leave a mess behind. The got the whole job done in 5 hours.

Effram came by to get an idea of what we wanted. He brought his laptop with him and started to design the kitchen while we spoke. I mentioned our neighbor's kitchen remodel- he knew all about it. He was the contractor. Effram gave us an estimate and said the job would be completed in about 4 months. Work progressed at a very rapid rate. So rapid, that at times I was in a semi-panic to pick out fixtures, appliances, etc. (I was working at the time so I had limited time off.) The workers were very friendly and very good. They would show up every day and each day we could see something new. As the project progressed, we made changes. Some big, some small. Effram was very flexible and even told us that some of the things that we wanted (skylight in the living room) were unnecessary and would be costly. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. If there was something that we didn't feel was right, Effram was right there to look at it and either explain why it was being done a certain way or correct what wasn't right. Although he was not on the job site 24/7, he did stop by every day to make sure the sub contractors were doing the appropriate job. We have been in the house since October of 2007. I love every minute of it. We had the A/C unit give us a bit of a problem- NO PROBLEM. Effram contacted the A/C folks and the unit was repaired within 48 hours. The interior garage door was hung a bit crooked- NO PROBLEM! We called, it was fixed. It was truly a pleasure working with Effram and

They're a good company. I think the company service was

valley. They're pretty professional. When they installed it I don't know what they did with the rubber so it makes a squeaking. We notice it until the springtime. Other than that they came on time, and the guy was pretty nice and did what he needed to do. I don't think the guy checked the window before he left. If I need to get something I would still go to them, but I would be cautious in the future. They are nice, decent people.

Their sales staff are very knowledgeable and the service is excellent. I got exactly what I asked for and the windows were installed perfectly and they work great.
