very professional from start to finish. I like that I didn't need to be home and that they did the work when they said they would. Gave me the Angie's List discount without having to ask. would recommend them.

Once again
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
did not disappoint. My condo was up for sale and under contract. I needed to have the decks painted so that the new owners did not have a bad time with the condo Nazis. I called
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
and he was able to get on the job in a matter of days. Pickets, which were inside the screen, had to be removed and painted. All exterior wood had to be done in a conforming color on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor decks.
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
and his crew got the job done in two days - to the association's satisfaction (which is no easy task). I thought the price was more than fair. Without
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
I may have lost the sale. The only complaint I have is that he does not work in Florida - where I now live. He is reliable, dependable and honest.

I was preparing to finish a basement and needed to install an egress window. I had received a number of quotes that included an egress window. We decided to delay the full project and just do an egress window. I found
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
as about the only company that focused on egress windows alone, and I am so happy that I did.
I called and got a quote that was easily half of what the other basement companies included in their quotes. I talked through my window selection and scheduled a date for the install. In the interim they company received a new window type and called me straight away to see if I was interested in the new type. I was, and for no extra cost, they installed the new style..
Two gentlemen arrived for the install and got right to work. No heavy equipment, just shovels, and I was shocked at how fast they were. The install took ~ a half day, and we loved the results. The exterior was nicely finished, the interior work was nice, clear and well finished. They even offered to come back and repack dirt after everything settled, although it was unnecessary.
We love the window and as we have moved on with our basement redo, nearly every worker that goes into the basement loves the window style and I have provided company info to at least two other basement workers.
Highly recommend!

Vic was very nice and took time to explain different options with the window wells (locks, size, cost, etc). His workers were out a few days after I agreed to have them do the install. His staff was very professional and only took about an hour to get the job done. They took care of all clean-up. The price I had been quote was a little off from what was on the invoice (only a few dollars) and they honored the quoted price with no issues. The quality of the window well appears good. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends.

The install went really great.
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
and his crew were all very nice and he kept on top of the job. They started at 9am and were wrapped up by 3pm. I pulled quotes from a few providers and
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
was the only one that noticed that the duct work in our basement required the window to be slightly lower so that it could open unobstructed.
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
is extremely cautious and you can tell he has a lot of experience. He was very careful to test the drainage on the window well to ensure that it wouldn't flood. Turns out our house is so old that it doesn't have normal footing drains, so
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
presented options for tying into other drains in our house to make sure that no flooding occurs.
They also used their digger, at my request, to remove an large bush that was near the window and hauled it away at no charge.
Even though our house is old, the trim work they did matches up really nicely.
Overall a really great experience and great to work with a business owner that is as knowledgable and cautious as
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
. Important qualities for someone who's going to cut a hole in your foundation!

We found
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
through Angie's List and were very pleased with the results.
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
and his team were all very nice and professional and they were able to schedule the work quickly. They gave us a great price for scheduling during their slower season, and because our basement isn't yet finished they didn't need to do any finishing work on the inside. They kept the work space outside very neat and used tarps to place the dirt. I also appreciated that they do the digging by hand because with a small city lot, a large piece of equipment would have been a huge mess. They even worked in the rain a bit in order to get the job done. There was one piece of outside trim that wasn't done and we weren't aware that they were planning to come back to finish it, so we did have to call about that one thing. But overall we were really happy with their work and would hire them again without hesitation.

Everything started off great, had a prompt response via both Facebook and email from their website. Was able to get
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
out to do an estimate within a handful of days and he was great! Ended up signing a contract that night to install an egress window and wrap 12 of our upper exterior windows.
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
informed me that they had just hired a scheduler in their office and that I should hear from them soon which I did and I was put on the schedule for roughly a month out which coincided with the time frame
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
told me about. He also informed me that it would more than likely be two separate crews doing the work, one for the basement windows and another crew would wrap. Well the day of work came and I was never told a time they'd come which I thought I would get a call that morning with an ETA, but luckily my fiance would be home until noonish anyway. As I was pulling out of the driveway they showed up. I showed them to the basement and mentioned that if they weren't done by noonish I asked them to please lock the door behind them when they left. I was pumped to come home and see the work but was frustrated when I came home to an unlocked door and very muddy carpet in the bedroom of the egress install. I also noticed spots on the new slider where there were smaller areas of where the window foam/expanding insulation didn't quite fill the gap as well. I guess I also thought the window would be caulked a similar color to the exterior to look nicer as well. But I thought, hey they are coming back to rap the windows, maybe that's something they're still going to do! I emailed
Santa Clara Window Well Covers Provider Name Locked
and told him about the mud and the unlocked door, the concerns on the slider window and basically only said he'd tell his crew. I also asked when the crew would be out to wrap my windows and was simply told they were wrapping up another job and he'd have them do our windows when they finished there (That was on 8-10) I emailed him on 8-11 saying thanks for the response and asked if any other followup would be done on the windows installed. He never answered, so I emailed him again on 8-20, no response, so again on 8-24 I wrote which I finally got a response the next day saying he'd check with the crew and I never heard back from there. This has been extremely frustrating with a wedding coming up later this month we are trying to get our house ready and this has been extremely frustrating not knowing when or if they are coming back! I'm so bummed because I really thought I had finally found a good construction company that did good work and had good customer service, but instead another home improvement headache! In all fairness I have only paid the down payment, but still very upsetting.

After an initial rescheduling of the work due to illness, they arrived on a rainy day, but went right to work digging out the area for the window. It was a very dirty and miserable day to work and I had a stump with deep roots that had to be removed. They approached the job with good humor and took great pains to protect my lawn. When working inside they put down protective drop cloths to protect my wood floors and carpeting and removed their shoes at the door. They completed the project on time and cleaned up the areas inside and out leaving almost no evidence of their work. They scheduled the inspection and arranged for a dumpster for my driveway. The dumpster was delivered the day they began work and was gone the same day that they finished the installation.
